Amazing staff, great location…

The whole complex is a bit small and feels slightly old but all the positives far outweigh them.

Hilton staff were very professional and welcoming. It was also refreshing to have access to complementary cold mint water as I entered the hotel lobby. The staff on the beach were quick to attend to me and very helpful with suggestions on where to eat etc. I felt well taken care of. Also, the room was exceptionally clean. My room had a balcony that oversaw the beach. It was soothing and breathtaking! The hotel was quiet too. It felt homely.

The restaurant doesn’t offer much, especially for breakfast. They don’t do buffet but even the a la carte menu was extremely boring and disappointing. No pancakes, no waffles and bread options were limited. Also, not many omelette choices and the omelette tasted flat. Hot milk for tea was served in a foam cup. The waiter said they didn’t have utensils for tea. They didn’t serve oatmeal either. Cereal came in small cereal boxes for one serving and even at that, the bill for breakfast gets to around $48. Once, I ordered room service and looked forward to a tray of different condiments I had requested. They all came in one brown bag. In my eyes, this was a downer on my experience as I had to take an Uber to ihop to get breakfast. Breakfast places are a good distance away from the hotel.

Loved the location. Minutes away from the crazy nightlife, amazing food, and located directly on the beach. I very rarely brag on how wonderful the staff is but I will in this situation. Miami city was experiencing water problems and the sataff bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Extremely polite.

my only complaint.....the pool closes at 7pm. Bummer.

Staff was great! Amenities are excellent and overall our stay was very nice, kudos to the concierge that worked yesterday Saturday aug 5th, he was very kind and helped us a lot with our luggage.

It did not bother us that much but they did not refill the amenities like mouthwash, makeup remover wet towels, etc, and they were not enough for 4 people.

Loved the service. The people were amazing that worked there. The restaurant was excellent and the area around the pool was perfect to enjoy the weather.

The cost was exceptionally high. That’s kind of expected with the area.

Great location, super clean, great gym, staff friendly and helpful, great restaurants with delicious food, easy access to beach and the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas with free cold bottled water every time you ask for it

housekeeping could have been more accommodating. my son accidentally broke a glass on our last night and the room wasn’t equipped with a broom or vacuum to clean it up. housekeeping never came to help. no extra blankets or pillows in the room. the pool is nice but it feel weird to swim while people are eating and looking at you.

We loved the location. Our room was comfortable with a large bathroom and all areas were clean. We used both restaurants which were excellent. The hotel had a nice pool area. All staff were friendly and efficient.

We felt the hotel was expensive for everything - although the location almost justified this.Noisy air con.
