We chose the hotel for the location: proximity to the Prudential Mall and Berklee College. It has direct access to the mall so it’s super convenient (Eataly, Earl’s, Cheesecake Factory, and shops like Sephora, and Aritzia). It is a conference hotel so it is designed with beautiful areas for meeting and connecting. There’s a great FedEx. Store on the 2nd level (conference ballrooms) to mail parcels and weigh your luggage. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rates are more competitive than the Hilton across the street.

You are charged daily for WiFi but if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member the fee is waived. Rooms are standard size: approx. 220 sqft so not for a lot of luggage. The room doors slam shut very loud, and because it’s a conference hotel, people tend to get up early for meetings so you can hear noise if you are a light sleeper.

We live in the area (Newton) and never go to Boston for the fireworks due to the hassle of getting in and out and parking issues & mega crowds, so we entertained getting a room at the last minute. I found the Sheraton Boston and was astonished how cheap it was for being where it is, especially looking around at liket 12am on the 4th. We got a Premium king room with Charles river view for $350 after fees. Had a panoramic view of the Charles River and was walking distance to basically everything. The pool was awesome. It's salt water, has a retractable roof, cute cabanas, and is open until 11pm.

Noting to cause me not to go back.. Parking was $70, so we used a parking app and found parking a 0.2 mile walk to the hotel for $32. It was the 4th of July, so it could've been cheaper if not for. The mini fridge was really a micro fridge, and there was only 1 chair at the table. I'm not sure if it was due to it being an accessible room or not. The toilet is really close to the countertop, which made us have to put the TP on the counter. It's odd because there's plenty of room to have placed the toilet further away.

Did not avail of breakfast - we needed to experience Gordon Ramsey around the corner😊Sheraton a great location as so many facilities available to us. Taxis always available outside the door with the help of hotel staff, who were very efficient and getting us a taxi immediately.

We enjoyed everything. If there was anything I’d like to complain about it is a sandwich we ordered and we did eat. It was a turkey etc sandwich and the bread was toasted but the content of the sandwich was fridge like cold. Usually we would be used to a toasted sandwich to be hot and a regular sandwich not toasted to be a cold sandwich - ‘just saying’ It was nice and tasty and yes eaten😊. We were tired and hungry so probably should have requested a hot sandwich.

Love the location, ten minute walk to Fenway Park and five minute walk to attractions. Having a huge mall on the second level was amazing. You don’t even need to go outside for dinner with great restaurants right in the mall. Love the $3 shuttle to the airport! Rooms were perfect. Mall has a CVS to get snacks, but 78 other name brand stores. The Sky Boston rooftop attraction is worth it, in the mall. It’s just $10 if you’re wearing sports gear, and has three levels. You can view the entire city from this observatory, three different ways!

When we checked in we asked if it was possible to split the bill on two cards evenly and if not we would just use one card. We were told it would be no problem at all to split it. Upon check out, the person checking us out did not want to do it. Love how the visiting team stays next door. Was able to get autographs and even see them in the mall attached to the hotel.

Staff were incredibly friendly, and accomodating. Upon arrival the room I was given had a few stains on the woodworks, however as soon as it was reported it was resolved. I was moved to a lovely room and proceeded to have an excellent stay.

There is no natural air within your hotel, and this can make the hotel feel suffocating at times. i am someone who sleeps with the window open at home, so it felt restrictive at times. The current furnishing is out dated in the rooms, as is the toilet flush. However I do believe there was a mention of renovation at some point in the future.

The location is great and also the beds.

I was disappointed that there were constructions in the reception and the restaurant. When I booked the rooms, I saw nothing about these constructions. The experience was therefore not as good when we arrived at the hotel. I would have liked to know this in advance. I would have given the facility, comfort and value for money a higher rating if the reception and restaurant had been ok

Renovated room has been well thought out with regard to layout, sockets, lighting, furniture. The view was great and my request for a high floor was honoured. Check out handled efficiently and without fuss.

Water pressure poor, carpet a bit sticky, mattress a bit soft, décor a little strange, the doors were an odd choice, safe location and action - unique! Hotel under renovation so the vastly reduced lobby area was a disappointment.

Proximity to MBTA and major tourist areas, Very close to things I wanted to do. Staff was incredibly nice, every single one of them. New gym facilities also exceeded expectations, not a lot of hotels have a gym with this much equipment in it.

Room was a little small, but I was also by myself so it didn't quite matter. Perfect size for one person.

Location and staff. Very clean hotel room, great maid service. Staff very helpful. Wonderful workout room and pool.

Remodeling and was told only the day before we arrived. The bathroom tub and plumbing needed upgrading. Had to stay on the 9th floor to avoid noise in a room with two double beds.

Great hotel, spectacular location, just next to Boyston and Newburry streets. Integrated with Prudential centre, it offers everything you need. Green metro line inside the shopping, FedEx branch in the hotel can receive your online purchases. The hotel is not very new, but it incredible beatiful, clean, big and functional. It also has an amazing indor/outdoor pool. Congrats Sheraton for this one!

The bathroom could have a glass Blindex shower enclosure instead of a curtain.
