The hotel was located right at the river walk which made it very convenient to see this attraction. The room was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed.

I didn't like the surprise resort parking fee after I booked the room. After booking the room which was non refundable I was told there would be a $40 self parking fee or $51 for valet. Upon arriving I decided to opt for the valet because the parking garage was across the street that was very busy. The attendant said the total valet fee would be $54. When I checked out the fee had risen to $61.70. I thought that was an extremely high fee for one night. I feel hotels must do that so they can make the room cost seem much lower to compete with area hotels.

Well, what can I say. My husband and I loved everything about the property! While in San Antonio we wanted to stay ON the Riverwalk and in walking distance to everything else. And boy did we by staying here! We drove to Mission San Jose and the Greetings from San Antonio postcard, but then parked in the parking garage and then just walked to everything else! It was great. They have an elevator that takes you down to river level and you just walk out right onto it. We had a view of the Alamo from our room which was neat too! 10000/10 recommend staying here.

Between the rooms is a door partition, and you will hear all the conversations happening in the next room like they are with you in your room, which is not comfortable, especially when the people in the next room are full and sleep late. The room was clean, the hotel location was unbeatable.

Everything was very pleasant until we went down to breakfast. It's a shame that all the people who serve you are Latino, and they're the ones who treat you the worst. 1. We sat down, and they didn't give us cutlery. 2. The waitress just stopped to serve us the food. We didn't have any coffee until I asked another man, But she had to charge her tip. It's a shame they treat us like this when we were having a honeymoon. The good thing is that there are many more places around here.

The check-in staff member was really nice. He changed our room from the 4th floor to the 10th floor when I asked if we had a room with a view. We ended up with a view of the Alamo.

We were at the pool and ordered drinks. The sign at the pool told us what section we were in for food/drink orders to be delivered. Although I put in the section, they delivered our drinks to our room instead.

Room 1033, comfortable over all except the room was very cold and we could not get the thermostat to work. Contacted the front desk and when coming back to our room later that night a maintenance man came up to us and explained what he did to address the issue. He was very kind and that night we were comfortable. Room was warm. So although we started off with an issue the staff was very responsive and fixed it. Bed was very comfortable also. Location on River Walk was amazing. Walked out the hotel door and right in the middle of the action!

Due to room overlooking the middle atrium it was very dark. No natural light coming in at all. Next time we would pay for a room with a view so we would have some natural light.

It was a very nice property. I loved the openness atmosphere. It just was a little rough getting to you because of all the construction. Not your fault

I had just one complaint why would there be a body lotion bottle where you wash your hands instead of soap. We kept having to walk into shower to use the body soap to wash our hands. There was no soap of any kind not even a bar of soap at the sink to use. Nothing else that I didn’t like tho it would have been nice to maybe see an area where your hotel people could sit without having to sit at lounges or restaurant spaces on either side. Still enjoyed it all

The staff is fantastic! Room was very comfortable. My husband has back and neck issues, he slept great on the mattress. Location was better than we expected. Walking distance to several family attractions and great restaurants both above and on the river walk. Live music with great seating just outside the hotel. Accessibility was good considering the area.

The pool, the water was so cloudy we couldn't see the legs of the people in it and it's only 3.5 ft deep. The color and cloudiness of the water made it very unappealing. The lift going up was awful, difficult to use, loud, clunky. The view was great though.

Great property. Service was outstanding on many levels. A young man at the front desk, Mason, stood out for exceptional service over several days. The concierge was also very helpful and the young lady in the coffee shop was fantastic. The valet team was also very helpful. They were hosting Duke as one of the final four teams and it did not impact their service levels at all. Overall, a really great experience. we will definitely stay there next time we are in San Antonio.

The location on the River Walk is excellent. The lobby and atrium are very attractive. Check in was quick. Our bed was comfortable. The room is small but arranged well. The staff was friendly.

The cleaning staff hadn’t put the trash liners in the trash cans. I did that. There was only one coffee cup in the room so my husband and I shared a cup of coffee. The restaurant is very expensive, especially for breakfast. A simple breakfast is $22.00.
