The staff was super welcoming, always smiling, super helpful and kind! We stayed at the hotel for a Taylor Swift concert and we absolutely loved everything the staff did regarding that event (pictures of Taylor in the hotel, the possibility to take a picture with a guitar or the big poster of Taylor at the front desk, the little stickers that were gifted to us..). The staff also helped us figure out how to get to the Groupama Stadium. Lots of different options to eat for breakfast!

Only two towels in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience. Another towel for stepping out of the shower would've been nice from the get go. We asked for two more towels and the staff happily provided them for us, so no big deal.

For my business trip, the location is perfect, really close to the head office. Easy access with public transportation. Good restaurant (shared with the Novotel next door). Clean, simple rooms. Good, ample breakfast buffet.

I wouldn't choose this hotel for a leisure trip, its not the most charming part of Lyon. A glass bottle is advertised in the room (to replace plastic bottles), which is a great idea, but there was none in my room (I had mine). Some rooms would need a little work (paint chipped on the doors and walls...)

The location and the room were good. It was neat and clean.

The air conditioning was not working so the hotel provided a heater to us in order to warm up our room. There is no basket in the toilet which has a lid, so everything you throw is exposed and might even smell, like lady's pads etc. It even didn't have any plastic bag in it, so that's not nice regarding hygiene reasons..Everybody understands I guess..

The reception staff was pleasant, and the accommodation was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was very good, and although it was paid separately, it was worth it. Additionally, there is the option to reserve dinner at the hotel restaurant, which offers tasty food at reasonable prices.

Although the bathroom is a good size, the room is a bit small. There isn't much space left aside from the bed, two bedside tables, a desk, and a small wardrobe.

Great location near confluence but also easy to access the old town by tram. Great breakfast, good beds. Kind staff. Games for the kids.

Swimming pool really is too small to share with two big hotels. It's just too crowded. Game room for kids needs an update.

Absolutely great place especially since I came with my dog. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were nice. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious but the service in the restaurant was very bad. The waiters were really hard to make eye contact with and never came to check but at least the food was good.

Very nice ambience. Very nice and friendly staff. Lobby quiet amazing, nicely done qnd child friendly. Very good location. Very clean. Loved the breakfast but could do with some meal variations.

The tram was about a 2 minute walk from the hotel so commuting was super easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. Also the lobby is amazing and super fun with all the games.

Room is a bit small, but it was enough for 2 people.

Everyone at the reception was very nice and professional. The room was small, but clean. Generally speaking, it was a good value and a nice hotel.

The room didn't have a mini fridge. The hotel is also a bit far from the city center, but Confluence was a pretty cool area as well.

The swimming pool was small and crowded but better than none in a heat wave. The hotel is easy to reach by tram. The breakfast buffet was nice (scrumptious scrambled eggs). You can actually open the bedroom window (not a given any more!) There’s a book exchange.

The pool closes at 19:00 which is way too early in high summer. There should be an adult swim slot between 19:00 and 20:00 or 21:00.
