We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was amazing, nice personnel (we were greated by Barnaba), large beautiful rooms with elements made from Murano glass, clean, spacious. Warm! The personnel in advance took care of us and put on heating and it was the warmest stay in Italy :) For the location just take into account that it takes 25 min on foot from the Santa Lucia train station though you are closer to the San Marco square and all main sightseeings. Overall, the hotel made a great impression to the Venezia trip!

Ca Dell'Arte is an absolute gem of a property, technically it's a serviced guest house rather than a hotel, Everything about the property absolutely exceeded my expectations. Customer service was superb prior too, and during our stay, the room was beautifully decorated, much larger than expected and we even had a lounge to relax in attached to our room. The location is about a 10- 15 min walk from the main square and benefits from a quiet but centrally located spotted. I could not fault the property in any way and it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommend as a property!!

Great boutique hotel in a nice quiet part of Venice. Good location a little distance away (about 10 mins walk) from San Marco Square. We had a spacious suite, which was very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and able to advise you on all information.

Not so much that we didn't like but be aware that the hotel has quite a number of stairs to reach your room and no elevator. The staff, however, were happy to assist you will luggage. We were offered a boat trip in the evening at 40 euro per person around the canals. . We felt that this was not worth the price and found we got the experience taking the boat to Murano.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a shared water taxi sunset cruise that was very nice. Marco told us what areas to avoid to not get ripped off as tourists. So helpful! The hotel was perfectly located close to a water bus stop and close to a nice plaza. Our room was uniquely decorated with a Victorian style. The bathroom was nice and modern and very clean.

There was no elevator to get to our second floor room. The staff carried our luggage though. We couldn’t find the reception to check-in. It was on the second floor too! Perhaps a better sign?

This Luxury Hotel was the most boutique hotel that I have never been: location 10, near the ACTV stop called SAN ANGELO, Relation price - quality 10, customer seevices 10- Marco was the most helped and professional person that we possible has been talking with. Gracie Millie to all the team

Absolutely everything. Starting from Mark at reception desk who txt us even at the airport to make sure we find hotel. It’s located 5 min walk from water bus stop and 7 min walk from piazza St Marco. Mark was just exceptional. He was always checking if we were ok and even prepared gift for my mums bday ) Hotel itself is small boutique hotel and so beautiful with Venetian glasses and lights everywhere. We stayed in suite on ground floor. It was luxurious spacious with nespresso coffee machine and kettle with selection of teas in the room. There were white bathrobes and slippers in the room. Bathroom made of marble with very good water pressure. The room was so warm and beautiful that we wanted to stay in all the time))) it was a pleasure to come back to suite after a walk around Venice. I would definitely book this hotel again. It was very special. Thank you Mark

There was a boat trip offered by reception however please be aware that it’s not gondola but water taxi boat and if u take like we did water bus from airport to hotel then this trip almost won’t take u on new route (70% of trip was on same route as from airport) I would add 20 euro and have gondola trip instead or just see same thing for the fracture of price from public water transport.

The hotel is impressive with the interior, decor and all small details that was selected by person who really understands arts. It's a place for people who love to be connected with the spirit of old times which still exists. The furniture made us feel the aura and the spirit of this special place. Super clean and quiet. Perfect location and easy to reach. Stuff provides perfect service and additional advices for restaurants or shops. Highly recommend you to be the next lucky person who will feel the magic and the energy of Ca Dell Arte! 💜

The decorations, colors and furniture are in a perfect symphony and made us feel like celebrities. Stuff incredible friendly and supportive. The front desk staff was extremely enthusiastic and friendly in introducing Venice’s attractions, restaurants, and water taxi routes. Whenever we encountered any problems, the staff would always provide satisfying answers. When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff also helped us with our luggage. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

The lift rod of the sink drain in the bathroom was broken. After filling the sink with water, we had to manually press the mechanism from underneath to drain the water.

The experience at the location was good. The logistics to get there are not the best, but in general, getting around Venice is like that regardless of the option you choose. My stay at Ca Dell'Arte did not disappoint. Excellent accommodation, a cozy room with a spacious bathroom. Overall, it met my expectations.

The logistics of getting to the hotel are not great. However, it is normal to see people walking with their luggage through the narrow streets of Venice. So, be prepared to walk a bit and go up and down a lot of stairs.

The room was nice, very spacious and comfortable. The area allowed us to easily access everything by walk. The staff was very kind and helpful and we also enjoyed the boat trip they offered for just an extra payment. It was very much appreciated as that day was a public transport strike and we would not have been able to have the boat trip otherwise.

There is no elevator and it might be complicated for people with disabilities, but other than that everything was great! The stairs were not a problem for us!
