Staff very kind and helpfull. Denise was fantastic, she gave us excelents tips about public transport and restaurants. Excelent location, just in front the Airport Bus Stop, and close to museuns, shops, canal boat trip. The room was confortable and clean. Excelent breakfast.

- Room had plenty of space - Very quiet despite it’s busy location - 5-10 min walk to the best cocktail places and restaurants - 15-20 min walk to everything else you’d need, with trams running every 5 min or so - Staff was very helpful

One of the best hotels + comfortable stays of the few hotels ive stayed in across my trip. Following + points - was given a room upgrade. ( thank you!!). Room was spacious and the type where there is ample space to move around even after having a few big luggage - Hotel check in and reception was fast. counter Staff was friendly, welcoming and had given us good tips on what to do around the area - liked the location since we specifically chose this area which is further from the central train station. Leidseplein tram station is about a less than 5 min walk away from the hotel, that's very assessible to hop on and off to move around central. - A few convenience stores and a groceries store nearby which was definitely a plus point - good idea to have the initiative for exchanging " room clean up( if you dont need it)" for a drink. - The hotel also provides umbrella rental at the lobby. which is something that could be useful if it rains

Everything was great! Staff was very helpful. We arrived before check in time after a very long flight and man at reception was kind enough to check if room was available and we could check in. Room is spacious and has everything you need. Comfy bed, good wifi. Restaurant's food is great, either a snack at the bar at night or breakfast with plenty of choices. Close to the musem area and the city center. We will come back.

Great location for getting from the airport to the center (direct bus 397 stops right in front of the hotel), very central location but not crowded or noisy - highly recommend for families with children. Building in not fresh or modern, but all facilities are very clean and comfortable. We had a spacious room with everything we needed, hotel staff was also very helpful at all times. Green policy approach is very smart - if you don't need cleaning, then you get appreciation voucher for it. Breakfast buffet had variety of foods to choose from - all fresh and tasty, additionally you could order specific type of eggs or pancakes that are not displayed in the the buffet - staff was more than welcome to accommodate the needs.

The only thing that was very low quality for me personally - shampoo and conditioner - with mid- or long hair you cannot use it. Rest was all good.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms. The bed was comfy, and the room had more than enough space to be comfortable, even with bulky suitcases. The bathroom was comfortable, even if the walk-in tub is not the most comfortable way to shower. Breakfast was organized and well stocked.

The website claims they have a gym, but that's not entirely accurate. They have a third-party gym that's heavily used by locals and has a capacity of only seven people, so your chances of working out are slim. The breakfast was good, but the scrambled eggs were off most of the days, tasting really industrial and tasteless.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is conveniently located — close enough to the city center, within walking distance of the Rijksmuseum and Central Station. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with excellent soundproofing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to check in even though I arrived at 11 a.m., and the receptionist kindly explained all the hotel services. The room was well-equipped, with a tea/coffee kettle and a small refrigerator. I also appreciated the hotel’s app, which made it easy to request anything I needed — such as extra towels, slippers, and more. Upon check-in, I received a voucher for a free drink, and for each day I opted out of room cleaning, I was given another voucher for a free drink — a nice and eco-friendly gesture.

Clean, comfortable hotel with an enthusiastic front desk staff. Location is perfect - a quiet block with easy access to public transportation options. Also, most everything is easily walkable. Rijksmuseum is a 5 minute walk. Central Station is a 20 minute walk. There are innumerable restaurant options in the surrounding area (as well as an in-hotel restaurant). Nice hot water shower.

The NH brand toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body gel, etc.) smell like absolutely nothing! I personally like a little aromatherapy as part of my shower to help soothe away the stresses of the day. Their products are effective and utilitarian I guess, but well below average in the scent category. Strange.

We absolutely loved the location! 10/10 - close to everything we wanted to see. Within walking distance to many amazing bars and restaurants. It was close enough to Central but far away enough from the chaos and noise of the tourism there. We found ourselves enjoying Jordaan and De Pip the most. The staff were helpful and friendly, getting us ice upon request and assisting us in accessing the gym. We did have issues with housekeeping who were impatient and rude, knocking several times when we requested they come at a later hour. We were rushed out the room and ended up leaving important things behind for the day as a result.

Housekeeping/room service were impolite. The gym hours were odd- like 9am-12pm. The hotel did take me to their “new gym” which was open 24/7 but so far has minimal equipment but a good start! Techogym stuff which is so nice.

The front desk staff, Aeven was simply amazing, friendly, personable, professional and very helpful. Additionally, he seems to be well traveled, so that makes a difference in how he interacts with guests. The location was perfect - within walking 1-2 minute walking distance to all public transportation connections (which was so easy to ride), neighboorhoods and more! This is a very modern hotel; very clean, nice amenities. We had a great balcony view of the busy street - which we loved.

To be fair, this is Amstredam - where spaces are small. We expected a queen room and was advised that our request was granted. However, the room was so small (about the size of a small cabin on a cruise ship) that we had to take turns opening our luggage and take turns getting into the bathroom. We "literally" climb over a wall into the shower. We were on a 14-day trip that included a cruise and hotel stays in other countries where the rooms were larger. Therefore, this is "not" a complaint nor a deal breaker. Would we stay here again, probably, simply because we loved the location, the hotel, and we know what to expect!
