Breakfast was very good! There were so many salty and sweet options to choose from. The room was really big and comfortable with really nice decor. Location is OK, not to far from the center (approximately 2km). There is a metro and bus station around the corner and Bolt (taxi) is not expensive.

We are giving 9 and not 10, just because there was a bad smell coming from the toilet and we had to keep the door closed. Once, we forgot to close it before leaving the room, and the whole room smelled bad. It looks like something that they have general problem because cleaning ladies were also always closing the door. We complained at the reception but nothing was done about it. It was not something that was really bad, but it spoiled the overall impression a little bit. Also, it would be nice to have kettle in the room so we can make tea or our coffee.

The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center, just steps away from a grocery store and the Atrium Saldanha shopping mall. The reception team is both welcoming and professional, always promptly addressing any guest inquiries. The single room stands out for its size and charm, boasting tasteful wall decor, ample natural light, and a spacious work desk. The breakfast buffet is a true treat, offering a delightful variety of options that had me savoring the experience for over 30 minutes each morning. It's an exceptional choice suitable for all types of travelers.

Although the property is nearly flawless, one minor enhancement could improve the experience: the addition of a sliding glass door to the shower. This upgrade would help contain splashes, keeping the bathroom floor dry and the bath mat more effective.

Tea bags and coffee and cream sachets not provided. Hotel should at least provide some complimentary bottled water

The hotel location is wonderful! Very close to the metro station, beautiful neighbourhood with lots of cafes, shops, green alleys! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good food selection for breakfast.

I really missed a tea/coffee set in my room. I believe it is a must for a 4-stars hotel. As well as at least one bottle of drinking water per guest/day.

Amazing room. Big, comfortable and clean. Perfect breakfast. The breakfast has a lot of options, is mainly continental, but has british as well. The plus is having pressed orange juice. The only bad thing was the coffee. Great location. A lot of restaurants nearby with all kind of cuisine, cafes, and bars. Also 2 malls and a lot of shops. Restaurant Galeto, just 2/3 minutes away, is open from 7am to 3am. Just perfect. Has a big supermarkert- Continente- right in front. The tram station is 2 minutes away, but the hotel is a short walking distance from a lot of attractions or famous areas, as Av. das Liberdade, Rossio, etc. At the lobby has a bucket with umbrellas when it rains ( which is rare in Lisbon), which is a mindful gesture. Stayed a the hotel for 1 week because I was treating my teeth at a dentist close, and I never felt alone. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The coffee.

The hotel met my expectations, but its location truly exceeded them. Situated next to a supermarket, a charming small town in a peaceful residential area, and near public transit routes, it offered unmatched convenience. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The room was always immaculately cleaned each day. The staff were both professional and friendly, ensuring a smooth and organized experience throughout my stay.

There were a few minor issues. The elevator light flickered, the bed, while comfortable, seemed to have seen better days as it sloped to one side, and the shower drain was slow, causing water to pool and occasionally spill out after each use.

The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location to metro and food in the neighborhood were all amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were cleaned everyday. They were comfortable and spacious. The staff in the front desk and breakfast were helpful and friendly. The location is not in the center but we didn’t miss it. The neighborhood is very safe, next to a supermarket, great food nearby and close to the red line which connects to the whole city very conveniently. Big tip! When arriving to Lisbon from the airport- just take the red line a half a dozen stops to Saldanha stop and walk a block to the hotel and save the $40 taxi ride. It’s fast and free and cheap!

Property was clean, staff was very kind/helpful, everything was easy. Right across the street from a grocery store too which is hella nice. Its not in the center of town but close enough for the trip not to be annoying. I walked to downtown a couple times and it wasnt that long. It also had parking which was a big deal for me.

Nothing I can think of.

Things you see online tend to be different when you come in person, but this was not the case with Exe Saldanha. Everything you see online is the same you will see when you check in. The hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and helpful. The location is probably the best possible especially if you are coming from the airport. The red metro line takes you all the way to the hotel and the remaining 3 lines intersect also there - so every part of Lisbon is a few minutes away.

The only thing we could use was some shelf in the bathroom or a bit more storage in the room, but we have managed without it anyway and it was not a big issue at all. Also, if you use room service just an advice - check if you got what you ordered while the delivery guy is still there. There where plenty more examples of positive things in this Hotel, and these two "negative" are the only things I could think of if I had to find at least some things I did not like.
