What a hidden gem in the Santa Antonio area of Lisbon. Comfortable, large rooms with black out curtains and cozy carpets. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. Nice selection and plenty of it. We also enjoyed a drink in the lobby in the evening where the staff kindly put on the Rugby World Cup TV channel for us to watch the Portugal and South African games. Just up the road from a lovely inner city park which does great toasties and coffee. And some good restaurants nearby.

A nice extra touch would be a kettle or coffee/tea making facilities in the bedrooms.

Room are big, very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable. It's very easy to reach and close to many restaurants and small supermarkets. It's in a quiet area and very good for price. The receptionist by far is the best and most helpful one I ever dealt with. My reservation was bed and breakfast but breakfast is Continental for everyone. I may make this hotel my first choice if I visited Lisbon again. I arrived at evening so I couldn't talk about the view but the morning view is amazing

I didn't like the fact that the walls are too thin and you can hear everything that's going on in the room next to you. Breakfast was good but they need to add more varieties.

The location is near Rato metro station, place around the hotel has everything you need. Breakfast is HEALTHY and good. Staff is professional and kind

Check in at 17.00 it’s completely unacceptable mainly cos check out is at 11-12 but ok, they allowed me to drop the bags. This is probably a general thing round the area, though. First day I found sheets smelling like someone slept and they were not replaced. There’s a bad smell coming from the toilette but it is not a matter of being clean or not, Guess it’s a problem of the area. Still not good. No bidet in the room. No water or other beverages on the fridge in case of need.

Steady pace 6 minutes walk from RATO Metro station, exit the station look for "Lebanese Corner". Going uphill, making sure you keep this restaurant on your right. Then take 2nd right, 1st left (adjacent to Jardim das Amoreiras/Jardim Marcelino Mesquita), then 1st right Hotel 150 yds straight ahead on the right. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of town. It is clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast, and good sized rooms with in my case a power shower as good as I have in my own home. I was on the 5th floor, facing south with a fine panoramic view from Castelo de St Jorge around to Cristo Rei. Note, you probably won't get this view on the lower floors. There is also a bar that opens in the evenings adjacent to the large lobby, where there is plenty of seating. All in all a good hotel and should definitely be considered if and when taking your Lisbon break. The staff are top notch as well!!

Nothing comes to mind. I was on a 5-day break to Lisbon, so think I had enough time to evaluate, what I didn't like. The weather was good as well!!

Staff were great, hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are really well appointed and comfy beds. It might be a little dated, but who cares. The added breakfast was good. Location is great and easy to get into the city etc.

Only slight issue was the aircon was not that responsive. It worked, but just seemed to be autonomous!

Very good location with the city not far from the city center only 10min with the bus or the classic trams.

The hotel is new. They opened one week ago, on the floor where I have stayed it seems they have work to do but it was fine since they start not early in the morning. However in the afternoon you can't enjoy a little power nap. There is an issue with the housekeeping service they need training in cleaning and how to keep the rooms tidy and clean.

Very good beds, clean. New linen, very good towels. A/c works well. A good breakfast. Very helpful staff

There was no fridge in the room and not a single chair. The hair/body gel was not checked daily

Very lovely hotel. I hadnt realized when I booked it was the same hotel I went to 10 years ago with my school and you can see its way better. Staff very helpful and lovely stay.

I liked most of the trip but I did have 3 little complaints. Breakfast was great but I wasnt convinced with the selection of foods. 2. Unconfortable beds!! I only slept two nights so didnt quite mind but not confortable. 3. They are in renovation which is amazing but didnt expect it until arrival, so very noisy during the day!!!

This is a modern hotel close to the Marques de Pombal roundabout. There are three metro stations within about a 10-15 minutes wal. If you walk from the roundabout the hill is steep. The hotel classifies itself as three-star. The price was reasonable for, although presumably would be more in summer. The room is modern. Everything worked, no difficulties. The bathroom has everything but is cramped. You have to close the door to sit on the toilet. The shower does not have a closing door so water on the floor no matter what. There were two twin beds pushed together. That was fine but seemed a little odd. There is a basic breakfast buffet included. It covers a range of choices, although I would have liked to see some granola.

The window in my room didn’t close properly, it was not a major problem, although I should really have let the hotel know.
