Good location, the manager helped check in faster. Fast check out, good shops around.

Very very small rooms. I stayed in the biggest one and it was barely sufficient for the price. The staff seemed bit weird, but the manager was nice enough, helped me out checking in faster. Prices doesn’t justify the size of rooms but good for short stay.

Didn’t give full marks b/c I was not there long, didn’t have breakfast etc, but there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

This hotel was perfect for a single business traveller to London, like myself. The location could not have been better or more connected to London's public transport system, but my room (not, admittedly, at the front of the building) was also quiet and cozy for relaxing in the evening. The staff were incredibly patient, friendly and enthusiastic, and the room and other spaces were spotless and welcoming. As advertised, it was small -- the full double bed was super-comfortable, but did take up most of the room. If you are a large person in any dimension, you may not find the space sufficient. However, the design makes great use of what you get, with storage under the beds, a full (European) sized shower cubicle with good water-pressure, and places to hang clothes and tuck away valuables. My room also had a spot to store toiletries under the sink.

There was a faint smell of drains in my bathroom.

I had a lovely stay! The hotel was very clean and well-kept. The location was excellent – close to everything I needed. I stayed in a single room, which, although compact, was cute and cosy with beautiful lighting that made it feel really warm and welcoming. The staff were absolutely lovely – friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom had an unusual odour, possibly related to the second-floor piping. Since I was only staying for one night, I mentioned it to the staff at check-out the next morning. They were appreciative of the feedback and assured me it would be passed on to maintenance for review.

I used to stay at this hotel b4 it was taken over called the county hotel.....massive improvement very modern the staff was lovely and the beer was good! Bed was comfy as hell I have a fantastic night sleep there

It was very compacted the room but I guess tht what adds to the charm! Could have done with soap or sum sort in the bath room had to keep using the shower body wash instead! Top shower bit wasnt working properly but the other shower bit was n that makes up for it cos it pretty powerful! I miss the old carpet the hotel used to remind me off the shinning

Firstly, excellent location, you are close to major train stations whilst also being in the center of London. I had a room at the back of the building and it was quiet and couldn't hear anything which is amazing for being near one of the busiest roads of London. The rooms are small but you have everything you could need. Staff were great, and had a really great experience over all.

Not much really, personally would prefer a bigger bathroom sink and a kettle in the room but the rooms are so small I can see why it's not possible. To makeup for there not being a kettle there is complimentary coffee and tea downstairs at reception.

Great location, very close to most place especially when we like walking. Nice layout, coffee shop, bar and breakfast available. Staff were approachable and happy to help. The room was a pod which was designed very well with the space available. Loved it, had everything we needed and a very comfortable good size bed for the two of us.

Nothing that couldn’t be fixed. The main shower head needed a clean, sprayed all over the bathroom. The smoke alarm flashed every 10 seconds, which was annoying when getting to sleep. There was a strong smell sometimes from the toilet. All could be resolved and did not affect our stay.

Breakfast was good, the essentials were there and of good quality. There was not really anything remarkable at breakfast that I would keep as a memory. The location is really good, at walking distance from St Pancras International Station. There was a nice pub and two supermarkets we enjoyed relatively close by. We liked that we could check out at 12:00 and leave our luggage for several more hours after that. We also gatefully used the lobby with free water, tea, coffee to rest from our long walks. Though small, the rooms and the whole hotel were modern and clean.

We could have known the rooms were small, but these were by far the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen! I guess that's the tradeoff for paying what we did at the location that we chose. This will be less of an issue depending if you travel alone and only use the room to go directly to your bed. London emergency services do not hesitate to use sirens all through the night, traffic or not.

We were really happy about our stay in general. We had an issue about the air conditioning in the first room we stayed however with the help of the very nice staff Ivlia and Simon. They took care of the situation immediately and changed the room. Simon checked the air conditioning in the new room and made sure it was working properly and Ivlia helped us to move into the room. We wanted to specifically thank both of them. We really appreciate their help and attention.

The rooms are quite small, but for an overnight stay while working, it’s absolutely ideal. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there’s a coffee shop in reception, which is perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was spot on for both me and the colleague I booked a room for. I’ll definitely consider staying here again for future work trips, as I’m often in London for business. However, if I were visiting for leisure, I might look elsewhere for a bit more space, as the room size is the only real downside.
