Fantastic hotel in Kensington at about 10 minute's distance to both Earl's Court and Gloucester underground stations. The rooms are not large but they are comfortable and clean. Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best we had in all of our UK hotels with so many delicious choices. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Tanin in the dining area who made our daughter "THE BEST" hot chocolate she's ever had. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Xenia!

London is an expensive city and this hotel stay was a splurge for us and totally worth it!

I was staying as my husband was having major emergency surgery at the Cromwell hospital next door to the Xenia. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful in my situation and always checked that I had what I needed. They found nice tables for me in the restaurant and service was very quick which helped when I had to get back to the hospital.

My room was rather small and I see that in comments by others, but this is a historic building and would not be subject to changing walls or room shapes. Im afraid that if you book in an old building you must expect odd shapes and small doorways..

The staff really make this hotel, all of them are pleasant and professional and happy to go the extra mile. It feels like a boutique hotel even though its under the Marriott chain. Breakfast is great. Decent varied menu for dinner. Great Location. Lovely terrace garden. Excellent value for money. and they have air conditioning.

The rooms are very small. They are still comfortable but its tight with a big suitcase if you don't want to unpack all your belongings. honestly for central london though its fine and doesn't negatively impact your stay because everything else is o on point.

Outstanding staff and restaurant. The restaurant staff did a great job taking care of a guest with celiac disease; the gluten free food options were outstanding.

The rooms are extremely small. The first room we were given was a “petite” double which was so small that we could not walk around the bed unless one of us was in the bed or bathroom. When I complained, we were upgraded the next day without charge to a larger, but still quite small room. That room was adequate in size for us. Both rooms were quite attractive and quiet.

The hotel staff generally could not have been more helpful - my husband was in London to undergo major surgery and we had every assistance, cheerfully given, at every point of our stay. We have used the Autograph group hotels before and they have always been outstanding.

We were welcomed warmly at check in, and got upgraded to Executive. The room was modern and clean, with a coffee machine and a large TV. Amazing shower and very central. On the pricy side (there are cheaper options within a 10 minite walk), but good for a special occasion.

The staff made the experience memorable. It was our anniversary and they were so kind and made us feel very special. Our room was made up with balloons and petals and we got sent up dessert to wish us a happy anniversary .

The staff, especially in the front desk and restaurant, were exceptional. When we return to London in a few months, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Xenia!

Very clean and cozy room with comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice location close to Earls Court underground and some restaurants.

Breakfast outstanding. Staff very good. Exceptionally clean. Very tastefully designed. Room service dinner expensive but very nice. Would love to stay here again.
