Location is perfect if you travel from Heathrow Airport. Convenient transport to all London attractions. Safe area with a few places to eat. Big Sainsbury's supermarket just across the street.

Both pillows were too soft, and the mattress was too soft to be really comfortable.

The room was spacious, front desk staff was wonderful. The bathroom was a little tight and the club lounge was uncomfortable and left alot to be desired. It is not worth it if you are upgrading.

The restaurant, completely unorganized. Breakfast was unimpresseive. The staff was in professional. It took 20 minutes and the entire staff to find butter.

We loved the room and staff were great upon checking in. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean.

On check out, we were told that the hotel over charged double for our room and that I would be given a refund to my account. This refund did not happen, even though I called the hotel over 3 week period. Kept getting different answers to what was happening. No email reply from the staff, it was just me chasing them. Communication was terrible for such an established company. Disappointed in the end when told they made an error and no refund is on the cards. What a waste of my personal time and effort. Not likely to book again due to this experience I am afraid.

- I was 3 minutes late for breakfast and a supervisor told me it was up and then he was gone. He was not cooperative. It would have been better for him to tell me what I wanted and be cooperative. - There are not many options for breakfast.

Hotel was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They upgraded us for free when Booking.com failed to send them the correct room we had paid for. We paid for King with Lounge Access on Booking.com but the hotel only showed a Queen with no Lounge Access.

Book your stay directly with the hotel! Don't take a chance with Booking.com messing it up like they did with our reservation.

Not so close to the underground. In my opinion, so expensive for what it offers. But, it’s London.

Comparable to other hotels in London, the rooms of this hotel were quite of a good size and not cramped. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and since it was recently renovated, it had a feeling of new to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was good and very close to Gloucester Road and South Kensington. There was a Sainsbury directly in front of the hotel, and many dining options were available around the hotel within walking distance.

I had requested connecting rooms and rooms on higher floors, but my requests were not accommodated. The mini fridges in the rooms were not cooling at all, and one of the rooms we booked had drainage problems in the shower, but the hotel was very swift in resolving the issue.

No wardrobe in our room whatsoever ... Very little (almost No) hanging or storage space of our clothes, barring a couple of small drawers. We stayed a week and this proved to be extremely inconvenient. Moved to another hotel for the next week (two in all in LON).
