Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and had a good aesthetic vibe. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. Great location. It served our needs for a short stay.

The room was very small and not really a twin room it should only be a single. There was no tea and coffee making facilities. I thought the room was overpriced for the size.

We were well aware that the room would be small, as we carefully read all information, so that was no issue for us. When we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised with our room, it looked bigger than what we pictured and we had enough space to keep our bags (2 cabin bags and 2 backpacks). We chose the double room with no windows and it was great for our 6 day trip. Staff were all very very nice, we arrived around 1hour earlier than our check-in and they allowed us to check-in at that time with no extra charge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we had some minor problems connecting our phones to the TV, but it was solved quickly. Bathroom also had quite a good size, water had great temperature, just the pressure was a bit low for my taste, but it was ok. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel, we would mainly only go there to sleep, but also had dinner in our room quite a few times and we felt very comfortable there.

Some sheets were a bit yellow (they were clean, but stained), also the room has a ventilation system that makes some noise but for us this did not bother us at all.

I stayed at this hotel in 2019 and stayed again this time in 2025. The hotel is still highly maintained. It’s a cosy hotel for london stays suitable for couple or solo travellers. Location is best close to Earls court tube or Bus 74 or walking if you prefer to have long walks and stopping at different landmarks along the way. The management of the hotel and all its staff oversees operations carefully and is attentive to guests. All staff were really friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The only disadvantage was the cleaning policy which was every 3rd day. I found that really troublesome especially that our stay was a week long. Despite that, I got fresh towels whenever I needed and I collected my bin and placed it outside the room and it was taken out. I hope they can at least change the cleaning policy to every 2nd day. That would really make the stay great.

We knew we wanted to book a room a little away from the central area of London (but still with easy access via the bus and tube), and this hotel was perfect. The area was nice, and my mom and I felt very safe walking around. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable for our 3 nights spent there. The AC worked well. We added on the breakfast, and we were very glad we did. Staff was friendly, and I would look to stay here again next time I'm in London.

This isn't something that bothered us, but the rooms are a bit small. If you're travelling with minimal luggage, that isn't an issue.

The staff here are so lovely and friendly I just couldn't fault any of the staff from the reception to the housekeepers. The rooms are super cute and Cosy with great technology in the rooms Location I'd fantastic a 5 min walk to the Earls court tube and a 2 minute walk to the closest bus station. Great pubs and shops close by. Also the breakfast is amazing from meat and cheese to pastries and they even have vegan food if your that way inclined. Will definitely be staying here again when back in London great value for money.

Not really a complaint but the bathroom was super small and was hard to get comfy for my morning ablutions 🤣

The staff is what ties it all together! Extremely friendly and helpful, I am grateful to them. The location is also magnificent and the facilities are good enough to not think about anything.

It is a very tight space so if you are coming for a week or so and have a suitcase, there is no place to store an open luggage, so unless it’s being used, you will have to close it and put it upright to have enough space to move around the room. Also, the breakfast lacked some sausages or similar, most of it was croissants and buns. Still tasty, but would prefer a more traditional eggs and sausage option. That was probably the main issue, but if I consider the location, breakfast and staff, it’s still worth it.

Came here for my 22nd birthday, to explore London. Earls court tube station is nice and close with a variety of different cafes/food places to go to if needs be. The actual staff of Point A Kensington Olympia are so lovely and friendly, as it was my 22nd my boyfriend asked them if they could decorate our room while we were out so id come back to balloons and banners and they did such a lovely job and even gave us some little bottles of wine and a card to say happy birthday :) It was lovely! One lady in particular, Shay, was outstanding she was so helpful and kind, on wednesday we had a reservation for the shard, which we struggled to get a taxi too due to distance and i wasn’t tubing it in the heels! Shay asked if we needed help and started calling taxi services to get us there, in the end we allocated one and had a lovely meal and upon arrival back the lovely Shay asked us all about the meal which i thought was lovely because it was a first time for me. All in all i cannot fault, the hotel room itself is small but its perfect for a short stay

Only one thing was an odd smell on the street of the hotel, i wondered if it was from the trees as their seemed to be fruit that had fallen and perhaps were rotten so it had a distinct smell but honestly its the most minor problem ever

The room is nice and ergonomic - you have everything to stay with comfort (chargers, hooks for outwear, sanitary staff). Big TV. It was warm and clean. Good breakfast. Hotel staff is very polite and professional. Reception works 24 hours so you can check-in and check-out any time you need. And, the most important think for me - Freddie Mercury's house right in the window)

The room is tiny but it is something we were aware.

Great little hotel in the heart of Kensington. The premises were well-maintained and clean. It was quiet and calm. Underground station and several attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom exceeded all excpectations. Probably the best thing was the bed - can't remember the last time I slept so well. Breakfast was spot-on. Not too many choices, but everything was of top quality. I loved that milk was served in tiny reusable glass bottles - cute and sustainable. Last but not least - the personnel was among the most friendly I've ever encountered. Genuinely caring for the guests' wellbeing. Shift supervisor was actually engaging every single guest each morning for a bit of small talk - made quite an impression on me.

I struggle to find anything I did not like. Maybe an additional table or drawer and perhaps a small fridge would be a welcome addition.
