The breakfast was excellent! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful even when we had an issue with the initial card payment which we overcame thanks to their help. We remember particularly Navi (the spelling may be wrong) in the front desk and also the morning Concierge, particularly client oriented. In the breakfast room all the staff were excellent but Danisha and María were outstanding.

The room had a sink for washing dishes and an excellent coffee machine... It would have done better if it also hada a small microwave oven. The small fridge didn´t cool much and I personally thik its condenser (back) lacks the necessary ventilation to help it work properly making the space below the sink warm up excessively.

Our room had facilities including a kitchenette and washer/dryer and the full breakfast included in the price was excellent. The staff would go out of their way to assist in any way they could. The hotel location next to the Tower of London was great and the hop on hop off bus stop was right outside our door.

The bed was a little hard but we asked for a mattress topper which was provided.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good breakfast!

In my experience of visiting hundreds of hotels, I believe that charging for an espresso at breakfast is not appropriate for a hotel of this level. It's not about the money, but the feeling is very unpleasant and even offensive.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, good location close to tube and bus stations, close to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The lobby bar and restaurant is excellent with very good quality food and drink choice. Bartender was very nice and friendly. We received initally noisy and a bit small room on floor 5, but staff was very helpful and offered quickly alternative room.

Nothing to complain.

It’s in a great location for tourism in South London. You have a bus stop right in front of the hotel door, the train station as well is right across the street, and the subway is a two minute walk around the corner. Tower Bridge is a 3 minute walk from the hotel as well. Perfect for a little getaway to London. The staff treated us like VIP’S and you definitely get 4 to 5 star treatment when attended. They were very kind and always had a smile.

The only thing I think they could improve on is better quality pillows. They weren’t very plush. I had to use both of my pillows to try and get it to feel thicker. Not a big deal honestly unless you’re used to sleeping on a thick pillow. Also had a dip in one of the mattresses. We had a king size bed (two beds put together) and the mattress my wife slept on had a dip in it. Called downstairs and they couldn’t change it that same night but in the morning they sent someone up so they could fix it. They put something under the mattress after we left for the day but it didn’t really do anything so the next day they offered us an upgraded room at no extra cost and the mattresses were fine. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything! We had a view of Tower of London. The location is fantastic. The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and it was lovely to have a morning coffee overlooking the tower. Highly recommend.

I loved everything about the hotel. I literally searched for 22 apartments and hotels before I miraculously found tower suites. I was looking for the perfect place in which they take cash . And thank God for tower suites . It’s spacious. The staff are one of a kind. It’s close to all the tourist attractions. The serene is luxurious. The price is right . Picturesque environment. The AC , kitchenette, heater, washing machine etc worked perfectly. The concierge helped with booking of tours. The receptionist helped when i needed attention to something. My family and I have decided to make it our main place whenever we visit London again.

Just the buffet . There wasn’t a lot of options halal for Muslims. But we had pancakes and eggs throughout our stay. However, cos the staff were amazing and ready to help, we didn’t feel bad eating the same food for six days. There were other options those comfortable with it though.

I liked most things about the hotel. Great location, excellent rooms and good value for money.

We were supposed to have a twin room and it was a double. They sent a maid to deal with it but it wasn't a bed that could be split. Eventually after at least 1/2 hour, we moved rooms to next door was just a bit frustrating why we couldn't of just done that straight away as we were on a tight schedule. Also when we were leaving we came to concierge to collect our bags, There was no one there at 1st then when he arrived insisted on waiting with the bags he had already collected from another room. We explained we were in a rush and we got another member of staff to stay with the bags. He caused us to miss our train and it cost me £105.00 for a new ticket to travel home. It ended up not being such great value for money.

The hotel it lovely, fantastic local and the staff were so friendly and welcoming on checkin and throughout our stay. The view from our room was beautiful. A direct view of London bridge and The tower of London.

The only problem - The matress was SO uncomfy! My husband and I took the sheets off to see why it was so lumpy. They had a matress topper on (to cover the middle partician of two smaller mattresses that the king size bed was made of) and it seems it had become 'lumpy' prehaps when it has been washed. We basically felt like we were sleeping on a bed of tennis balls. Left us having a terrible nights sleep which was a real shame as everything else about this property was fantastic!

The location is brilliant for exploring East London on foot. Left luggage service was very handy. Good breakfast, although we had to wait a while to be seated.

There was no bathrobe or slippers, although both are listed in the room description. Only two mugs and glasses were provided when the booking was for 4 people. There is no proper partition between the bedroom and the living room, which was a bit awkward when sharing the suite with the kids.
