Location was perfect. Directly across the road from the station, and an easy 10-15 minute walk into town. Sometimes areas around central train stations can be a bit sketchy but this was fine. Staff were delightful, from reception to the breakfast restaurant (more on that later). Our double-room was well set-up for the traveller in the way it was laid out and furnished, especially with accessible power outlets, chairs, a desk, no AC but very good ceiling fans. WiFi was also excellent as was the bathroom (which may have been small-ish, but was still perfectly arranged and pristine). The beds were also great! The breakfast itself was also superb. You’d be very hard to please if you were dissatisfied with their fantastic offering, set in a large and well staffed breakfast room. All in all, this was better than very good, especially at the economical price point that I paid. It punches way above its weight class and many 4 & 5-Star hotels I’ve stayed at around the world, could take some lessons. I’d certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very spacious room in a great location for walking to the main square in Munich and very close to the train station. Beds were comfortable and a great shower. Although we were advised that no air conditioning, there was a ceiling fan which was great for our stay. Breakfast was more than expected with a good variety of fresh ingredients. Water stations were provided in various places for filling up water bottles, including the lounge which was a very comfortable seating area. Reception staff were very friendly and provided information when asked, they also provided luggage storage.

A bit old fashioned in rooms but everything is clean and comfortable so not a problem for us.

The room size was adequate, and the room was properly cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a reasonable selection. Given the amenities that were provided, the cost of the accommodation per night was reasonable.

Walking around that neighborhood at night felt unsafe. There was only one lift for six levels and many rooms, so you had to wait most of the time when you used it. Apart from the carpet, the room decor was fine, however a double room has two single beds not a double bed. A kettle would make easier for you to make coffee or tea at night instead of going to the first floor and buying one from a vending machine.

The rooms are wide enough, I am sure, it was more than 20m2. Our room was two seperated rooms. We used one as a dressing room and the other as sleeping room. The hotel is near the main station, and also 15mins walk to marienplatz. The hotel area was a bit scary in the evening, anyway, I will choose the same hotel for my next Munich trip. The rooms are cleaned and the beds are made everyday, which is extra ordinary. You can buy your bahn tickers from the reception as well. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was also good. Very quite hotel at night.

Wery bad experience with the service staff. My wife had a perfume bottle stolen from her purse. We were there from 7th to 10th december in room 336.

We loved the location near the main train station. It was just a few minutes walk from the train. The check in and out was quick and easy. Our room in the back of the building was clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of food choices. Outside there are many restaurants in the neighborhood featuring different types of cuisines. We stayed 1 night in mid September and 2 nights in mid October. The city is flat and many tourist attractions are easily accessible by tram or walking distance. We will be back.

Note that there is no air conditioning though there are fans to circulate air. This was not a problem for us because the weather was not hot. They do warn you about this. The train station and the general area near the hotel is undergoing major restructuring but I would stay here again anyway.

Outstanding Location which is conveniently located in the heart of the city near the Central Train Station. I was able to Check-In very early since I arrived in the city early in the morning taking a train from the airport from an overnight flight. I was greeted by an Excellent reception person! The single room was more than adequate for a one night stay and very quiet. Breakfast the next morning was spectacular- very comfortable dining room with linen covered tables and comfortable chairs, great / helpful staff, and a fantastic selection of high quality foods and beverages.

Currently the property is in the middle of a major construction zone, but well marked.

The staff were very friendly, especially the one who greeted us in the restaurant. The smile he gives me every morning starts my day. Loved the food in the restaurant, it was the best breakfast restaurant I had in all of Europe, everything was there. The location is super great. We can enter the train station very easily. It took me only 5 minutes to get on the train if I walk very fast. And we can get sparkling water in the lobby. That's super great

The receptionist had excellent English, was friendly, gave us good advice about where to eat and was very knowledgeable about our culture! Breakfast excellent in every way. (And I hope you don’t mind me praising the competition - but the wonderful Münchner Stubn is just next door!)

It was a little difficult to find out how to control the heating. Choice of tv channels limited and no subtitles - but this is hardly a criticism. We weren’t there to watch television!

Reception staff very friendly. We booked a standard room and got a 2 room “suite” with 2 TVs and a sofa bed. Everything was very clean and comfortable but hotel is generally a bit dated. No bar or open restaurant. Across the road from Hauptbahnhof which was the main reason I booked it. 15 mins easy walk to Marienplatz. The breakfast room and choice was very nice. Good coffee and hot and cold options. The hotel did point out in advance that there is no aircon. Our room had a ceiling fan, but it was quite huge and scary looking. The windows can be fully opened though. The shower was really good. We only stayed one night but it was a perfectly nice stay and good value for money. We were slightly worried initially as there were signs everywhere saying that they were full, but we had no issues going for breakfast or waiting for the lift. I would happily book again for an overnight stay between trains.

Kettle in room would be nice maybe, but I wasn’t expecting anything fancy for the price we paid.
