What can we say about Panorama Boutique Hotel... absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The hotel kindly arranged a private transfer from the airport, and when we reached Fira, we were greeted by a friendly gentleman with a warm smile who helped with our luggage and walked us to the hotel. There, we were welcomed by Loucas, who greeted us with a beaming smile and genuine hospitality. Having already checked in online, the process was seamless—within minutes, Loucas was showing us to our junior suite on the top level. As he opened the balcony doors onto our private terrace, we were absolutely blown away by the views. Photos truly cannot do it justice. Watching the daily ferries come and go and witnessing the magical sunsets over the Caldera from our private space was nothing short of breathtaking. While crowds gather along the golden strip near the Atlantic Hotel to catch the sunset, we enjoyed our own serene spot. The hotel even offers a roof terrace where you can enjoy drinks and nibbles while soaking in those unforgettable views. One of the reasons we chose Panorama Boutique was because we wanted to be right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Fira—and it did not disappoint. You step out the door and you’re in the middle of it all: vibrant shops, lively restaurants, and the charming narrow streets full of energy and life. Despite being so central, the hotel still offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views, making it the best of both worlds. Breakfast was served on the same terrace, and I highly recommend the farmhouse breakfast and the pancakes—delicious! The hotel also has a sister property, Panorama Suites, just below. It’s a peaceful spot with a pool, sunbeds, and a bar—perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand. Bonus: beach towels are provided free from the pool bar. The hotel is spotless, with rooms made up daily.

Nothing, absolutely perfect for us.

I don’t even know where to begin - from the location to the views, to the amazing hospitality, Panorama Boutique Hotel was the perfect accommodation! We visited Santorini in May 2025 and chose Panorama Boutique Hotel based on the central location to everything in Fira and the stunning views of the caldera from the rooms. The hotel is centrally located to all of the restaurants and shopping in Fira and also <5 minute walk to the bus station. We booked the Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath and the views from the balcony were incredible. The hot tub on the balcony had direct views of the caldera and the Santorini cliffs. In addition to the beautiful room, the hospitality from the hotel and restaurant staff were unmatched. We were greeted with friendly faces every morning when we arrived for the complementary breakfast on the rooftop of the hotel. By the 3rd day, the staff had memorized our orders and would bring out coffee and juice without us even asking. The breakfast and service were excellent! The hotel staff were very accommodating and helped answer any questions we had about the island. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Fira!

The hotel was amazing! Everything was perfect every detail. First 2 photos are from our balcony. If you want this view from your room book deluxe room.The breakfast was incredible they give you a menu to choose what you want and also you have a block table. That’s from photo 3. The swimming pool from photo 4 the view was like film. They were very kind to us for everything. If you want to have amazing memories just book this hotel. It definitely worth it all money. And if I have to choose again whether to spend the this time in Fira or Ia, I will choose here in Fira again.

The location, the swimming pool, the view from the room, the linen and cleaning, the breakfast and service as well as lunch and staff. The rooftop bar and views in the evening were spectacular.

After we checked out and had settled our bill, we used the pool facilities as our flight was not until the evening. Upon departure the receptionist asked us if we had taken 2 coffees by the pool and could we pay for them. We had not taken the drinks and told her so. She then asked us again if we were sure we had not had the drinks, as they had been taken under our room number. This was really insulting as we had already told her that we had not taken the coffees. It left us with a bad feeling as we departed at the end of which was otherwise a lovely experience. Asking once would has been fine, but to persist and question us again was insulting.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. The great and friendly service we received from Spiros was the best. The room had the most beautiful view of the caldera. Everything was super clean and the room had everything we need. We received a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome us which we really appreciated. The breakfast every morning was 5 star with the same stunning view. The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to all the nice restaurants, shopping and bus terminal. This is definitely the best hotel we stayed in and will highly recommend it to anyone.

Nothing - everything perfect

The location was ideally placed, right in the middle of Fira. Close to everything you need including the town bus stop and all restaurants. Both the view from our room and the breakfast was exceptional. Every breakfast we had was delicious, plenty of options to choose between plus each breakfast came with fresh juice and delicious coffee. The lady who served us each morning at breakfast was so welcoming. 11/10 view!

Can't fault this hotel!

The hotel is located in the middle of Fira and right on the escarpment. The view from the very small balcony is magnificent including a perfect view of the Santorini sunset. The room was well appointed with a particularly comfortable bed. Breakfast is served at a roof top restaurant and the selection is good.

The staff were helpful but seemed somewhat disinterested - maybe end-of season blues had set in. The porter of my luggage was particularly unpleasant in his demeanor which soured made my departure, which was a shame.

The V Lounge breakfast was outstanding! Staff went over and above. We also had lunch and evening cocktails . Hotel has elevator which is nice. You still need to walk couple flights of stairs to pool area. But worth it. Food and drink also served at poolside. We stayed in room 201 on the upper section. Room was tremendous with indoor hot tub looking out over balcony and caldera. Next time we will try lower suite nearer to pool level!

Location. Proximity to shops, food, and central bus station. Fantastic views of the sea and caldera from the room balcony. Good breakfast. The visitors' information package provided at check-in was very useful. The welcome free bottle of wine was nice.

There are too few choices of international TV channels. The bathroom is small. The column in the middle of the room is weird and always in the way.

The room and pool had uninterrupted views of the caldera. With 4 to 5 cruise ships in the caldera everyday, and all those people in the town of Fira, the pool was a great escape from the crowds during the day. We particularly liked the poolside menu for lunch and a nice cold beverage to sip while we watched the incredible sunset every night. The breakfast was next level amazing with several options to choose from, freshly squeezed orange juice and unlimited tea and coffee.

We were given a poor recommendation for scooter rental by staff at the front desk and ended up being ripped off by the owner of Marios Atv Rental (I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU AVOID RENTING ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS) he is a scammer and lied to the hotel after we brought their poor recommendation to their attention. Not a reflection of the hotel but suggest you do your homework regarding scooter or atv hire when in Santorini.
