If you are alone, the room is just right, warm and comfortable. The kitchenette also has some tableware available, which is very convenient.

1.There are many slopes on Reykjavik roads, so it will be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. 2.On the first night, the water was too hot to take a shower. 3.The TV couldn't be turned on either. Although the next day,a maintenance staff came and judged that it was out of power. However, all accommodation issues can only be addressed through messaging. It's inconvient that no one can handle guests' problems quicly, there is room for improvement.

Great location, close to restaurants, shops, public transportation. Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.

Was not so much of an issue but good for others to know that the apartment can be warm and if you open the window, there could be noise on the street.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It is so close to walking to all the major sites. 2 fantastic Indian restaurants right by. 1 block away from Braud & Co. for the best pastries and sit down area to have them. Large bathroom with a nice towel warmer. There was a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and all utensils. Small electric hot plate also.

Parking is in zone P1. There is no real place to stop and unload your luggage in front of the door. You have to drive around a bit to find P2 and P3 parking and in the evening it was hard to find. The room is a little on the smaller side for a family of 4. So if you have big bags, it might be a challenge to open all of them fully.

Staff were very helpful and even came over early to take our bags before check in so we could explore the city. Facilities were clean, comfortable and overall really good. Location could not be better with less than a minute walk to the main street and 2 minutes from the sea front. Everything was within walking distance whether that be restaurants, tour pickups or sight seeing spots. Very pleasantly surprised by the room and would definitely recommend.

The only issue for me was I couldn't figure out how to turn the heating down in the room. This probably wouldn't be an issue for most people but I like the room cold and to be honest I didn't really look all that extensively. So overall extremely minor issue and was overall a very positive experience.

Great location, right next to the pedestrian street with lots of cafes and pubs. The room itself is small and gets tight if you extend the couch, but it was enough. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave and some basics for cooking. We didn't meet our hosts, but they were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here.

We would hit ourselves in the TV (because it was tight to pass) and I personally don't think it's necessary to have a TV at all.

The location of the apartment is right in the city centre and due to this location it’s within distance to few tour bus stop pick up locations especially bus stop 6 which is 5 mins away. The location is very safe and in proximity to all the top rated restaurants and coffee/cafes. The apartment is a decent size for a couple but might be a tight squeeze for 3 people. The facilities are good and the heater works perfectly to protect you from the artic blast at night. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Everything was exactly the same as the pictures. Excellent location in city center but not noisy, close to the pick up stops for the tours. Comfortable beds and very clean. The espace was very good for two people. Check in was perfect and quick, I didn't have problems with the passwords to open the doors, like I read in several other apartments rented in the area.

Just small recommendations would be to add salt and pepper in the kitchen and a shelf in the shower to put your stuff while showering. Also the hall was smelling like somebody was smoking, but I guess it was another guest that didn't follow the no smoking rules.

Accommodation was very central in a great location. Was handy having a Bonus supermarket a short walk away which was very reasonably priced compared to other food shops/supermarkets. Everything we wanted to see in the city we could walk to, and it was a great base for days out to see the rest of Iceland too with parking nearby. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Easy to get to, we got a code and were able to use it without issues to get in the building as well as our room. There was a small electric stove (which wasnt too obvious from the pictures) and cooking supplies which were a great addition as we were planning to cook instead of eating out. We were able to check in before the time listed, and check out was just leaving a little sign on the doorknob. Place was nice and clean.

Perfect location - within walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, shopping, groceries, a pharmacy, the ocean, bars, and the famous R. church. The rooms were sparkly clean. Comfy beds. There are toiletries, towels, dish towels, a fridge, cutlery, instant coffee, a small kitchen sink (so two people can get ready at the same time), a towel warmer, a small exterior sitting area, and the codes work for both outside and room doors. There was plenty of street parking that you pay for, except on Sundays.

Just be aware that the rooms are very small. We only had two carry-on suitcases and could barely move around. But we weren't in there very often anyway, so it didn't bother us much. Our window didn't close right, so we heard a lot of street noise. And it's a busy street. Bring ear plugs. The black-out curtain was just a roller blind and let's some light in, so bring a sleep mask if you're light-sensitive. Next time, we would bring Ziploc bags, paper towels, chip bags clips, and wet wipes to keep groceries fresh and make eating in easier.
