It’s got all you need in a tiny space, really well organized and good for solo traveller. Comfortable bed, was very warm in Galway so a bit warm sleeping but ok. Great location - I liked the walk through Uni Galway to town each day and had a beautiful day on Gratton Beach. All walkable in 20. The cafe is just lovely. And a Tesco at the corner for your needs. Super tidy and clean. Wifi dipped out a bit the second night but mostly was good. It has your basics, good for short stay. I walked everywhere but bus stops right out front too.
We had a false fire alarm which seems to happen as there were instructions on how to reset the alarm but the Italian guests there too would not have known how as in English. No responses from either of the cell phone numbers or the email provided when contacted, so glad we worked it out. You can hear other people a bit as close quarters but I expected that so was not fussed at all.

The room was basic but clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom, similarly was basic, but both were perfect for our needs and had all the mod cons, even the other guests were quiet and polite 😊 Bonus was the smell of coffee through the accommodation from the cafe downstairs! There weren't any staff onsite exactly, but Cathal was quick to answer our texts at 11pm on a Friday night when looking for a Wi-Fi password and an extra pillow haha. By far the three women running the cafe made our stay! The food and coffee were perfect, we ate here every day, and they had our drinks orders down for the whole weekend from our first visit! We loved it so much we brought friends of ours together for brunch before we all left for home in different counties again and bought a 1kg bag of coffee to enjoy at home 😁
We had a 3 person room and we each only had 1 pillow when we all usually sleep with 2 and there were no spares available, unfortunately. Would have liked a small table/chairs to eat some food we brought back one evening, but they really wouldn't have fit in the room we had.

The room was very clean, which for me is the most important thing when I stay somewhere. Also the bed, although a bit squeaky, was very comfortable and slept very well. The room was well heated and I was able to turn the radiator on and off as needed. The wifi was very good for streaming on my own device. Was able to park outside the cafe for free. The café downstairs is very nice and has a really good coffee.
The doors can't be closed without slamming due to the door closing mechanism so you can hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms, which is a problem late at night. There was no instant coffee in the room, just tea.

Nice quiet location, lovely cafe below and 25% off breakfast. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. About 15 minutes walk to the city centre, taxis are easy to get in Galway city centre later on at night. Car parking in front of the property Good value for money.
Nothing, everything was great.

Super well located, easy communication with host. Great bathroom, although outside of the bedroom.
We wouldn’t say the bedroom is really suitable for three people, as you loose storage space. It turns out to be a place literally only for sleeping in the end of the day, not a hotel facility for relaxing or etc (keep that in mind for your travel purpose!).

Staff was very cooperative. Room was comfortable.
Lighting was not so good, needed improvement. Kettle was bit rusty, for which i requested to change but the same issue persisted even after changing. There should be a room fridge as well.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the hotel standard linen. Quite location. The food in the café was excellent. I had my breakfast and lunch there.
It wasn't clear that the facilities were so limited i.e. no kettle, TV (not that they were a priority but they might have been). Hooks on the back of the doors would have been convenient due to the limited space. I didn't realise that there was a 25% discount in the café until after I paid for my breakfast (as they didn't know I was a resident until after I paid) but I was reimbursed which was appreciated.

Very comfortable bed
Received an email that appeared to be a group email giving access details for both Westport and Newcastle venues simultaneously. This was both confusing and disturbing as it could mean others in Westport had access details to my room in Newcastle.

You let yourself into the property (main/side entrance) and into your room using a code that has been sent to your phone. The room was clean and the place was quiet.
There isn't a lift. The room was small. There was a bed, a bedside lamp on a stand, a wardrobe and a chair in the room (this is all that would fit in the room). There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room but there was a bottle of water and a glass.

Great location, easily walkable to Spanish quarter and surrounds, cozy room, little small but that was expected! Bathroom was clean, shower had good temperature and pressure, parking was easy but I think we got lucky!
The use of the space could’ve been better, maybe less clutter of shelving, and something usable like a little tray or table would be great. Also the bath towels weirdly left fluff all over us, had to literally pull it all off our skin.
