Location was fabulous. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Some of the front office staff were a bit curt and seemed unfriendly. Just doing their job. Pool was very cold. It is in the shade for most of the day.

Stayed in a king studio unit on the 3rd floor overlooking the waterfront. Great view. Studio was a reasonable size with a kitchenette fitted out with crockery, cutlery and cooking implements for 2 people. Good sized frig, a microwave and kettle plus tea/coffee making items. A small long life milk was also provided. Comfortable King sized bed. Plenty of wardrobe storage space with an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was smallish but the shower was a good size with plenty of hot water. Location on the waterfront excellent. Bustop for local bus, Hop on Hop Off bus and free waterfront shuttle just outside. Ten minute walk via pedestrian overpass to down town. Plenty of restaurants nearby easy access to public wave pool and seawater lagoon.

Doona/quilt too heavy and hot for the weather. Need an option for a thinner one or a light cotton blanket. Aircon is centralised with a control in room but found the fan speed even on low a bit uncomfortable. Temp control didn't seem to be very responsive.

The Adina hotel is in an excellent location, directly waterfront and just a short walk into town. Great choice of restaurants just a stroll walk from the hotel. The room we booked had a waterfront view and was very spacious and comfortable. Restaurant served a quality breakfast buffet and you could order drinks and food whilst laying by the pool. Gym had all the equipment we needed and was nice and cool! Walking paths from the waterfront area meant we could do great beachfront walks directly from the hotel. There was a medical emergency with a customer whilst I was out by the pool, the lovely Dutch manager handled it exceptionally well - staff organised an ambulance straight, attended to all our needs whilst waiting for the paramedics to arrive, and remained calm, professional and supportive.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We booked for 3 nights and were delighted with the size of room and view over the marina. Also a huge bonus having a washing machine because we were travelling.

The room was damp and you couldn’t shut the doors at night because the air con caused rivers of water to pool in the room.(causing the damp smell) We were3 floors up so left our patio door open all the time which helped. We went for a swim but ended quickly. The pool needs emptying, deep cleaning and filling with treated water. Sadly it was slimey and disgusting, we soon got out!

Adina apartments were incredible. I would 10/10 highly recommend to anyone. Not just families and couples but also solo travellers especially first timers like myself. They made me feel very welcome. The process was so smooth and the staff truly care about their customers. They went above and beyond for myself. This was a big holiday for myself. It was my first time solo travelling and also a really big holiday for myself. Being 24 and terminally ill this trip was a big bucket list item. The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. And I have been recommending them to everyone. If you’re needing a place to stay when you go to Darwin STAY HERE!!! The facilities and location is perfect as well. Right in the middle of everything you need. Thank you adina apartments for making my holiday so special. I will forever remember it.

There’s Nothing I would change!

The apartment was spacious and well set up. The bedding with the underlay was very comfortable and madeuse of the washing machine and dryer as we had already been travelling for a couple of weeks. We booked a waterfront view and so glad we did. It's in a great location with restaurants, cafes and harbour and a quick to the mall, shopping and bus interchange. Also very nice breakfast.

The only thing was the swimming pool was very cold. Would have been nice to have it slightly heated.

Location was fabulous and staff were incredibly friendly. The views of the Waterfront were brilliant and we were walking distance from great dining. We were so fortunate to be staying on Territory Day and had wonderful view of the fireworks over the Waterfront precinct from the verandah.

Cleanliness of the room could be better - particularly the headboard of the bed and kitchen/bathroom floors. There was a mouldy smell in the room... but overall the room and hotel had everything we needed during our Darwin stay.

awesome location for our flight home this morning. Bed was very comfortable for me (I like a soft mattress) hubby slept very well but he does like sleeping on a mattress that could be mistaken for a slab of concrete.

the shower nozzle was not height adjustable, which is essential for someone who is vertically challenged. The food in the restaurant was really tasty, however the staff were less than attentive - we had to ask where our drinks were as the starter had arrived & then again we had to ask where our desert had gotten to.

Location was great easy access to restaurants, Cafe's & Darwin City. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space & great views, & the view was super we were lucky seeing out into the waterfront daytime along with the beautiful lights at night.

Didn't have a washing machine in our room, when initially booking I took it for granted the room was an actual apartment room, didn't matter but on entry I realised it was a size down from my expectation.

This hotel was perfect in every respect. The location in the Waterfront Precinct was very convenient, especially with a free shuttle stop right outside the door. Staff were incredibly helpful, calling cabs, weighing luggage, and printing park passes for us. An excellent breakfast was included in the attached restaurant and offered a wide range of choices. Vouchers given to us to defray dinner costs were appreciated and made our stay here very economical. If we ever return to Darwin, we definitely will stay here!
