The room of adequate size, clean, the hotel is very close to the metro station. Supermarket next to the hotel can also be helpful. Schönbrunn palace and technical museum are just 2 metro stops away, but the city center can also be reached easily. the hotel was a bit cheaper than the others in the same cathegory but a different location, so good value for the money.

Despite overall cleanliness, the black fungi in the shower on the silicone massively spoil the impression, it is not a great deal to remove old silicone and put a new one. Of course it can be just a problem of the particualar room we stayed in.

Our room was spacy, clean, quiet, warm. Beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good, as metro stop is just across the street, 15min and you are in the very center of Vienna. Grocery store is next door, so you can get smth for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent! The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as there was a noticeable smell of new carpets. Both the hotel and the room looked fresh and well-maintained. The room was warm and clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. Ordering a transfer at the reception was very convenient—we just told them the time and went to our room to rest, without having to wait for a staff member to call, book, and confirm it. At the scheduled time, the driver was already waiting for us at the entrance. A small thing, but a nice touch! Breakfast was the same every day, which might be a downside for some, but it suited us perfectly. The location is fantastic (especially considering it's not in the city center). The metro station is not just 3–5 minutes away—it’s literally across the street from the hotel. There’s also a decent supermarket right next to it

There was no kettle in the room. The bedsheets were not changed during our stay.

I really liked my stay. The room was spacious, clean and modern, with a proper desk and an armchair. Very good for the price I paid (without breakfast). The bed was comfy, and the room had a minibar (which was very cold unlike most minibars) and a coffee machine which also worked for making tea. A large grocery store is next to the hotel. The underground station is also right in front of the hotel, only 4 stops from the centre.

The hotel is next to one of the busiest streets in Vienna. When window was closed, the noise didn't bother, but if you want to open the window, it gets really noisy. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but that's how it tends to be in Vienna.

Very nice staff. I was there for the second time and this is already my only and favorite hotel in Vienna. Unique, comfortable location. Metro in front of the hotel and two most important lines U4 and U6 which can take you everywhere and quickly. Atmospheric bar and cafe. Abundant breakfast offer and very nice service at breakfast. Despite the large size of the restaurant, the lady from the service creates a homely and caring atmosphere. The only thing I can say is - thank you!

During my last stay - There was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom. Sometimes intense. In the summer it wasn't there.

This 7 floor hotel has a very good location, just 2 stops from the Schonbrunn Palace or the Mariahilfer shopping street! It is a large hotel with a large breakfast room with a large selection of breakfast products that can satisfy all appetites! The coffee is freshly ground, and the natural juices of oranges, apples and multivitamins are not missing! The reception staff is very professional, kind and helpful! The rooms are spacious, clean, equipped with a kettle, an espresso machine with capsules and 2 coffee pods! The bathroom is equipped with a shower, with towels and shower gel with a dispenser!

The cleaning staff is a bit careless...they left the trash from the trash can on the bathroom counter, they didn't replace all the used towels, they just took them, they took the do not disturb sign from the door that they came back only the next day! Also, the breakfast staff was a bit too intrusive in the sense that they collected the plates from the tables during the breakfast service, their carts, most of the time, blocked the access of people around the breakfast stand, and the reception in the breakfast room breakfast was very brutal only with the question: room number please!

I chose this hotel because of it's high rating, closeness to a metro station (a 30 second walk away), with the added bonus that it had a small supermarket next door, which is always handy. Our room was overlooking a very quiet courtyard at the rear of the hotel, and although the air conditioning worked well, it was nice to be able to sleep with the window open. The room was kept very clean throughout our stay and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful and had a good range of heat. There was a small fridge in the room, and a small coffee maker (using pods provided by the hotel). Personally I would have preferred a kettle, but the coffee maker was okay. The breakfasts were very good, with a wide range of foods available, and the staff were very attentive. The reception staff were very helpful when we made enquiries on a couple of occasions. All in all, I would rate this hotel very highly.

Amazing location just a few steps from the subway! You can easily visit the city centre in ten minutes. The hotel was huge and our superior room was spotlessly clean and fresh with all the amenities you may need! The bed was really comfortable with extra pillows and blankets, although you will never use it, as you can adjust the temperature. Upon arrival you will find welcome drinks and fruits. The breakfast was fabulous in buffet style with a varied selection of products for every taste and preference. The staff was absolutely friendly and always polite. We are definitely coming back to this renovated 4* hotel!

The hotel was super clean and you couldn't see any signs of dirt but the carpets in common areas had an annoying smell. To be honest this smell was perceptible only on the third floor and never on the ground floor or the breakfast area.

The Family Quadruple Room was huge. It was sufficient for 4-6 people. Everything was amazing. The room that they gave us first during the time of check-in didn’t have a working A/C, so they had changed the room instantly when we complained, which was very much appreciated. The views of the city were magnificent from the room. The Längenfeldgasse subway was just in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.

We had payed the full amount of money during check-in, but during check-out they had asked us for more money as their system wasn’t updated which didn’t show the transaction. This was a bit disappointing. Rest everything was great.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly. However the cleaning service/housekeeping should take care a bit more of the room. For instance, I was living in room 718, and the garbage in the toilet was still from the previous guest, and the son of those previous guest forgot the shoes the night before I arrived and both of the parents and the housekeeping did not recognize. It was a bit annoying when the previous knocked the door to ask for the shoes when I and my husband were in the sleep, and also I didn't know if there was any hotel staff went up with him and his son to assist the inconvinient case like that. In general it was a good trip
