The room of adequate size, clean, the hotel is very close to the metro station. Supermarket next to the hotel can also be helpful. Schönbrunn palace and technical museum are just 2 metro stops away, but the city center can also be reached easily. the hotel was a bit cheaper than the others in the same cathegory but a different location, so good value for the money.

Despite overall cleanliness, the black fungi in the shower on the silicone massively spoil the impression, it is not a great deal to remove old silicone and put a new one. Of course it can be just a problem of the particualar room we stayed in.

Fantastic location, very close to 2x subway stations at "green" line. Very good offer for its money. Nice soundproof windows, even though we have been on front side on a busy road. Few mins on metro from Schönbrunn, you can even have an epic run in their gardens, go there and back in sport clothes in just few mins.

Pillows were bad, but it can be my usual problem, I simply need to harder pillow, but beds were super. Room is outdated, bathroom is not the cleanest and sink is very small, but for its money I would still recommend it and would stay there as well. Parking is 18 Euro, this is a good price, but I have used "Park + Ride garage Hütteldorf" 3 times cheaper, just 15mins drive or few stops on subway, the same "green line"

We left very satisfied with this hotel! Our room was very spacious. It had more than enough towels, shampoo and toilet paper. The rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was great, with many options for everyone. My partner who is gluten and lactose intolerant also had options like plant milk and gluten free bread on request! He brought his own bread though, so we didn’t try it, but the option was available which is great. The subway station was right across the street which could take you to the city center in the matter of minutes. I will definitely seek out Leonardo Hotels in my future travels!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We went because a friend of mine recommended it, and it truly lived up to the expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with only one tram ride needed to reach the city center, which was easy and convenient to use. The staff were friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and stress-free. We also tried the breakfast, which was €15 per person. It might sound expensive, but it was truly worth it with great quality and variety. We also really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and quiet atmosphere, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Overall, this was one of our best stays, and we would definitely return and recommend it to others.

One small suggestion: having a phone in the room could be helpful to reach reception more easily.

Rooms and breakfast are very good.Convinient for transport to the centre of Viena (13 - 15 minutes by underground train which is across the street) Zoo and Schonbrunn palace is three station oposite way. Parking is underground and cost 18 euro per 24 hours which is good because not many hotels got it especially near the centre. Also Spar supermarket is next to the hotel and other shops accross the bridge. It is worth downloading two apps "Wienmobil" for transport and "Ivie" for showing main attractions. You will need nearly all day if visiting zoo and schonbrunn palace which is next to each other.

We arrived by car, and we could park for a few minutes right in front of the hotel to unload our stuff, after that we left the car in the underground garage (but be aware that parking is available for additional costs). The location was perfect, just across from the metro station. The rooms are well thought out, with enough space to store your things, large comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional, everything was tasty, with many options to choose from. We appreciated the cold lemonade served at the reception.

The only thing that bothered us was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, but overall it did not spoil our stay.

Everything was excellent! The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as there was a noticeable smell of new carpets. Both the hotel and the room looked fresh and well-maintained. The room was warm and clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. Ordering a transfer at the reception was very convenient—we just told them the time and went to our room to rest, without having to wait for a staff member to call, book, and confirm it. At the scheduled time, the driver was already waiting for us at the entrance. A small thing, but a nice touch! Breakfast was the same every day, which might be a downside for some, but it suited us perfectly. The location is fantastic (especially considering it's not in the city center). The metro station is not just 3–5 minutes away—it’s literally across the street from the hotel. There’s also a decent supermarket right next to it

There was no kettle in the room. The bedsheets were not changed during our stay.

I really liked my stay. The room was spacious, clean and modern, with a proper desk and an armchair. Very good for the price I paid (without breakfast). The bed was comfy, and the room had a minibar (which was very cold unlike most minibars) and a coffee machine which also worked for making tea. A large grocery store is next to the hotel. The underground station is also right in front of the hotel, only 4 stops from the centre.

The hotel is next to one of the busiest streets in Vienna. When window was closed, the noise didn't bother, but if you want to open the window, it gets really noisy. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but that's how it tends to be in Vienna.

Very nice staff. I was there for the second time and this is already my only and favorite hotel in Vienna. Unique, comfortable location. Metro in front of the hotel and two most important lines U4 and U6 which can take you everywhere and quickly. Atmospheric bar and cafe. Abundant breakfast offer and very nice service at breakfast. Despite the large size of the restaurant, the lady from the service creates a homely and caring atmosphere. The only thing I can say is - thank you!

During my last stay - There was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom. Sometimes intense. In the summer it wasn't there.

Our room was spacy, clean, quiet, warm. Beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good, as metro stop is just across the street, 15min and you are in the very center of Vienna. Grocery store is next door, so you can get smth for breakfast. Highly recommended.
