We followed the link on our booking which led us to the wrong door. We then found the hotel reception, which was difficult with not much internet to guide us on maps. We were taken to our apartment, which was perfect, but at the end of a darkish alley with little signage. We went out for dinner and a walk and couldn’t find our way back with maps, so we had to find our way back to the hotel again. We were given a hard copy map and found our own way back to our apartment along dark alleyways. We actually thought we were staying at the Hotel and didn’t mind staying in a different location but it wasn’t made clear on our booking and it was very hard to find.

Better signage at the apartment and make it clear when booking, that it is not located at the main hotel. Ensure the location address link on your hotel webpage is correct

The location is perfect- in the center but a quite street with noises (almost impossible for Venice) Our room was two-story and very spacious

bathrobes and slippers were not provided, breakfast could have been more varied, and the booking website indicated the wrong hotel address, so initially we arrived at the wrong point and spent a long time looking for the right path

We had a wonderful stay at Ca' dei Conti. The room was beautifully comfortable, and we were delighted to be upgraded as a special birthday treat – such a thoughtful gesture! We were also welcomed with complimentary prosecco on the terrace, which made the experience even more memorable. The staff were kind and incredibly supportive, especially when my phone was sadly stolen near St. Mark’s Square. Their care and assistance made a big difference during a stressful moment. A warm, elegant hotel with a personal touch – we’d happily return!

It was all great

Localisation is perfect, close to everything but still quiet. "Palace style" rooms, big and comfy. Hotel staff - professional and nice. Very nice roof tarrace.

Our room had a completely sloping floor, which bothered us a bit - maybe someone will find this information useful. When I got out of bed, I felt like I was on a ship that was tilted to one side. Breakfast - for an Italian standard - ok. Apart from croissants (including delicious croissants with lemon filling) and sweet things, there were also scrambled eggs or sausages, cheese and cold cuts - but for a typical European buffet - not very good, but you have to take that into account - everywhere in Italy, breakfasts are typically sweet in hotels. The coffee was dramatically bad - a big dissapointment here - it was only poured from a jug. Breakfast is in the hall on one of the floors, directly adjacent to the rooms.

We got the annex room, which looked lovely and had everything you need. The breakfast is great and the interior design of the hotel is very good too. The stuff is friendly and they allow you to leave your backpack / suitcase if needed. Definitely worth the money paid. The location is also great - 3/5min away from the main piazza

The only downside is that the annex has low ceiling - you can walk around just be aware of some corners if you're above 180cm

Amazing location. The value was incredible for the spaciousness and quality of the bedroom and bathroom. Decor felt very classic Venetian. The staff were incredibly helpful and worked with me to arrange transport when options were busy. Stepping out of the hotel, you’re met with the most beautiful view and the area is very quiet, with a minute or so to gorgeous places to visit. So impressed for this price.

I was on the ground floor and could hear when reception got busy, but it wasn’t much of a bother for me because I only had a short stay for 2 nights.

The location was great once I figured out where I was..Thankyou Google maps. At most a 5 min walk to St Mark's Square and many restaurants close by. The hotel is on a little canal.

I would give this hotel 3 stars. The decor is in the Victorian style which Is not my style. Also the shower is very small. It would be difficult for a larger man to fit comfortably. My room was a little dark with views of dark alley ways.

could be hard to find (like anywhere in Venice) so I recommend dropping a pin on google maps when you’re at the hotel so you can find your way back the first time!

Friendly staff, spacious room (we had an upgrade after needing to spend our first night at a nearby hotel due to power problems), nice buffet breakfast. One morning a packed breakfast was supplied on request. Very good location

The packed breakfast was adequate but could have included a bread roll with cheese or meat rather then dry products.

They upgraded us easily and quickly to a beautiful room over looking the canals. The staff were mega helpful and furnishings in the second room fab. Mostly quiet too. Dealt with our requests re tickets and info with humour and speed

The first room had very low ceilings for us tall people and a steep staircase for access. As someone recovering from a nasty knee injury not good for me. Would have liked something in the room to help deal with mosquitoes.
