Staff was excellent! Ischel helped me and was so considerate offering the room choices she thought might fit our needs. I love pillows, need pillows to sleep especially after walking 10 miles a day at Disneyland. the bed was comfy, I had four lovely pillows, and a nice comforter. I appreciated the grab and go bags, they were a lifesaver for an emergency snack or water during the day. lots of hot water to sooth my tired feet, and good towels. The trim where the carpet and linoleum meet was cut about 2” short on one corner. The carpet layer didn’t do a good job on that and it will make a tripping hazard when it starts to loosen. There was a cigarette garbage just outside my door, and the other room had a smoker, so I had to walk through his smoke each time I went out. Maybe the Smoking area could be moved. Other than that it was a lovely stay. My room was clean and neat, and we had a lovely stay! Thank you to all the staff. 😊

The BED... My god! Was amazing! I know it is weird, but it was a PERFECT Firm... I usually Snore, but my wife said I did not snore at all... best sleep I have gotten in a long time. Was able to come back from Disney and fall asleep right away. Pillows were a bit too soft, had to use 2 to equate to what I was use to, but overall the bed was FANTASTIC!! Would recommend if you are just looking for cheap price, close to Disney and don't care what the room is like... AKA you are just there to sleep.

The room could have been better. It honestly looked like the room was recently redone, there was plaster on the ceiling as if there was some water damage (Which makes sense it is California... it rains a lot). The shower had NO WATER PRESSURE!!!!! It was seriously hard to take a shower, but I think that was due to our shower head being broken, we couldn't adjust the shower head to different nossel modes. Which I do not fault the property, we did not call the office to get this fixed.

Excellent breakfast, they offer two options (and you can have both at the same day): 1/grab and go from within the hotel, and 2/a voucher so you can have breakfast at Denny's (note: the voucher is for 2 persons, only. so if you are a family of 3 or 4, you will be covered for 2) the voucher includes: pancakes, eggs, bacon, muffin, mashed brown potatos, 1 drink, and a few other things).

The breakfast vouchers and the hotel lunches were fabulous, and it took a lot of stress off worrying about food and the cost. The housekeeping staff tidied our room to a very high standard. The kids loved the pool area. It was kept very clean and well maintained. The hotel was a 24-minute walk to Disney, great location.

The room was a little bit dark, but that seemed to be the usual for a lot of hotels in the States. The beds were quite narrow for two people, but they did the job.

Clean and close to Disneyland. Basic hotel but good enough if you are looking for a place to stay next to the park. Overall I liked this hotel.

They say breakfast is included, but you only get a voucher for 2 people. We had 3 rooms where each room had 4 people, but we only got 3 vouchers (for 6 people). This is not what we paid for. Also note there is no hotel shuttle and you have to take a bus which arrives every 20-30 minutes.

It was close to the places we needed to go. There restaurant close by and easy to get food. The breakfast was really nice, and the complementary coffee and cold water was nice. The lobby was nice with a place to sit and rest. When we first checked in the lady was not very nice, but the next day there was a different lady who was very nice. The cleaning staff were nice. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet and relaxing. We really liked the quiet.

The beverage vending machine was not working right and the drinks were hot when we did get them. Warm coke. Our shower was out of body wash.

Ideal walking distance to Disneyland and DCA. Good size rooms and at a reasonable price. Pool and spa was a nice suprise. Made it easier having Dennys next door, and about a 15-minute walk to a supermarket was good too. Parking was affordable. Staff were nice and happy to answer any questions.

It was what I expected for the price I paid so I can't complain.

Great location for Disney. About a 15 min walk to Downtown Disney and another 10 or so to the actual park, so not super ideal if you have limited mobility but was good for us - we popped back to the hotel for lunch and a rest etc. Room was a good size and the facilties were good, such as a guest laundry. The free breakfast at Dennys across the car park was good value and ideal before a long day of walking round the parks.

AC unit is extremely loud to the point it wasn't possible to sleep with it on, but it was too hot to sleep without it. We also noticed that the light over the mirror was giving off a ridiculous amount of heat so that the room was even hotter with it on, but as there is no overhead lighting it was very dark with it off. Not dealbreakers but made the stay a bit less comfortable.

Check-in was super fast we arrived around 7pm and were given a room on the 2nd floor as requested. We only took advantage of the Denny's breakfast coupons twice during our stay but they were a nice added touch. The location was nice, the bus stop to Disney was in front of the hotel. I would probably stay here again.

Our room was a little dirty upon arrival—crumbs and hair on the table and bathroom sink. I did bring Lysol spray and wipes with me so I cleaned it up.

Staff were fantastic on the front desk, nothing was too hard. Every question answered and our different timings for breakfast pickup were no problem. Very handy next to Dennys. Pool was a lovely respite. Laundry was very welcome after 3 days on the road. So handy to Disneyland, we weren't there for anything else. Beds comfortable, facilities very clean and tidy.

Room was a little small for 4 adults incl luggage. But we were on a budget so couldn't do two. Recommend two singles or a queen and a single max for these rooms. Need space for gear when travelling. Some spoons, knives etc and decent cups would have been great but not there long enough to be a hassle.
