I was a little hesitant; because I am generally loyal to a different hotel brand. However our travel size and date made us outsource our stay! I was thoroughly impressed with the room; cleanliness; bed comfort; towels; staff and pool. The breakfast was the only complaint I would have, and that was because they had oatmeal packets but no real station and yogurt machine, but nothing to put in it. I did go to the coffee station for hot water and sugar packets for the oatmeal. The price point of the room and location were also spot on. IHOP right next door and the best Bonefish Grill I’ve ever eaten at behind the hotel!

Staff was helpful and kind. The lobby clean and organized. Location perfect to Amalei Arena.

Proximity to the convention center for the event I was attending. Well lit. Front desk staff was nice. No issues upon check in or check out.

My toilet was running when I got into the room because the chain for the flush mechanism was getting caught under the flapper seal. Every time I flushed i had to open the tank to remove it so it would stop running. No issues with the room otherwise. Very comfy bed and pillows. Smelled clean. Snack machine only halfway vended my item and then it was stuck. In the morning, the two juice options were gummed up and the juice mix was a thick concentrate so I just had coffee. I would still stay there again. And I found it pleasant otherwise.

City bus 19 for just 2 dollars will take you every hour from Tampa downtown to the Sterling street stop and then it is only 5 minutes walk to this friendly and cozy hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are big and regular breakfast (fried eggs and burgers, breads and fruits) is included. They offer also high speed internet. Tea/coffee is offered 24h/7days in the lobby.

It is really hard to find negatives. Maybe they should put on display the instruction how to operate the cooking machines - Americans learn this in the childhood, but there are also foreigners from time to time :)

Great location. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and very helpful. Taco restaurant just on the other side of Ihop was AMAZING! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Good selection.

The gentleman at the desk in the morning was a bit odd. No lotion in the room and I went and asked and he said no lotion in the room because people steal the lotion. Me - I’m the people. The lotion is supposed to be for guests to use. That whole exchange made me feel odd. My husband said it was just me, but I still felt weird.

Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room

I liked everything; the only thing that could be improved is that last day after the checkout I left my luggage in the hotel and noticed that there is not a dedicated room where bags are properly tagged and stored but it was placed in an open service storage room where potentially everybody could access and steel items and without any identification tag

The staff was amazing! (Samantha and another lady) really helped us. We had a reservation at another hotel but they gave our room away and didn’t have a room to fit my family. Frantically we pulled into BW at 10:30pm nervous that my kids and I would not have a room to stay due to the time. There was one room left that was big enough for our family! The ladies were very very welcoming, friendly. The room was clean and comfy! We would definitely come back and we recommend this location! Thank you so much front desk!

The location is very good, few good restaurants and fast food centers are very close by. The room was spacious, very clean and many power point for charging phone/laptops etc. The staffs were very nice and helpful, always someone available at front desk. The breakfast was good. Enough parking places, although the hotel is next to a main road, there was no noise inside the room.

Our room was large and clean. The bathroom had been updated and was clean and spacious with plenty of towels and wash cloths. Loved the floors. Complementary full size dispensers of shampoo and conditioner with packaged bars of soap for face and body. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. Nice TV. The complimentary breakfast and seating area was exactly what I expected; a good variety of food with plenty of neat and clean seating.

I noticed the vent in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Because it was directly above the toilet, I felt uncomfortable wondering when the dirt would drop down onto me.

It was situated about halfway between the airport, having arrived on a flight that arrived just after midnight, and the cruise terminal where we needed to be the next day. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was more than adequate for our needs, and very stereotypical of many Best Western motels worldwide.

Breakfast was very basic, self-serve and using disposable plates and cutlery. While the food options were simple, they were adequate- we just didn't like the disposable plates etc.
