Room size, breakfast, cleanliness, location, shower, and staff! We booked a junior suite for 4 nights at our own cost before we joined a group (OAT) for 2 more nights. The hotel manager very kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to stay in our junior suite without additional cost and without having to move to a smaller room. That was a smart business decision and a very kind gesture. We will definitely stay at Hotel delle Nazioni on our next visit to Rome.

At first, the room was freezing. The first desk clerk told me I couldn’t turn off the AC. The second desk clerk was really helpful and explained where I could flip two blue switches to turn off the AC. The room was then the right temperature for us.

Location was great. Most places were within walking distance and rest well connected by bus. In spite of the central location, noise wasn’t a problem as rooms had good sound proofing. Our room was on first floor and facing a busy noisy road but as soon as we closed the windows it was quiet and peaceful Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff.

Minor things - not much space in room to manage two suitcases. Shower is very small. Please be aware of extras - water is not free (price reasonable though) and iron box not provided. So have to use their ironing service. Breakfast had limited range. Having said all this we will return for sure if we ever visit Rome again as we enjoyed staying here

The location is everything, the rooms are clean and for me that is two different rooms after having to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight. And the staff…they are absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always there for you no matter what you may encounter. For me it was the adding another room, to having luggage moved for us to the new room while we were on a Tuscany tour, airport transfer arranged, the restaurant staff and breakfast staff also nothing but the best! And for my gluten free travelers; the breakfast is the most amazing ever! Just advise the breakfast staff and you will received a basket of gluten free goodies!! When I return to Rome since I did throw my coin into the Trevi fountain which also is just a few steps away down the street, I will for sure return to Hotel Delle Nazioni!! Grazie Mille!!!!

Lovely April stay in a hotel where all the staff were friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to help us. The location is perfect for all the sites we wanted to visit and for a great mass of local restaurants to choose from. It was very clean (and the chambermaids were helpful and friendly),the breakfasts were very good, again with helpful staff, and reception staff were great. The room was well sound-proofed and comfortable with everything we needed.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the lively shopping streets. Everything was within easy reach. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a senior suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, with all the amenities we needed, plus a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. We also loved the dining options—the rooftop restaurant with its beautiful atmosphere and the downstairs restaurant were both excellent, and the food was truly delicious. Overall, it was such a wonderful and memorable stay, and we can’t wait to come back again!

First and foremost, the location of Hotel delle Nazioni is simply excellent — truly ideal for exploring the city with ease. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Tomas, whose kindness and professionalism stood out. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Despite making a last-minute reservation, the team went out of their way to accommodate our bed preference, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was another delightful surprise — generous, varied, and far beyond what we anticipated. There’s a genuine warmth at Hotel delle Nazioni that makes you feel as though you’re staying with extended family. We left with full hearts and smiles, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

3 Night Stay…Room 216. Clean, spacious and comfortable the room worked well for us. Basic tea and coffee making facilities are in the room however cups and glasses were substituted by paper and plastic. If you real cups need to organise your own. A lovely breakfast was included in the tariff and was the perfect start to our days. Central, convenient location just metres from Trevi Fountain, short walk to Pantheon and other monuments. Many Bar restaurants, and Gelateria are also nearby By request Transfers to and from the airport were efficiently organised and booked through the hotel concierge. Loved our stay.

- location (we went all over Rome on foot); - cleaning (vacuumed, washed floor, visually clean bathroom and that's it); - staff (special thanks to the woman from the reception (I don’t remember her name, a pretty brunette) for her help and travel advice); - breakfast (in general the breakfast was delicious, but...).

- cleaning (the dust was not wiped even once for the whole week; instead of a duvet cover, we had two sheets and a blanket between them - it's a little bit uncomfortable); - staff (the receptionist who met us had poor English, we barely understood each other); - breakfast (... but the omelet was like rubber); - wifi (unstable, it was difficult to talk on Whatsapp (for example) and we couldn't make two calls at the same time); - the door handles in the bathroom were not fixed properly. Each time opening and closing the door, they remained in the hand.

The hotel was excellent — fantastic location and very welcoming staff. Despite being in a busy area, it was clean and quiet. It’s just steps away from shopping, dining, and practically next to the Trevi Fountain.

The only area that could be improved was breakfast, and more importantly, the coffee. I wasn’t impressed with the cappuccinos served at first (coffee machine), but the staff more than made up for it. A kind waiter prepared a proper cappuccino in the kitchen and brought it out to me — absolutely excellent!

Location was close to attractions we wanted to visit. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. We expected a sparse European breakfast, but instead they had fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, pastries, etc., all the things you would expect from choices in a US hotel. Elevator worked as it should, unlike some places we have stayed in Italy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk was unable to get us a cab to train station during busy morning hours. This is not a reflection on them as it is just a problem at times in Rome. We walked to a nearby taxi stand and still waited 15-20 min for a taxi with others. Just leave plenty of time to make connections at certain times of the day.
