Our stay at this hotel in Florence was truly fantastic! The hotel itself was very stylish and modern, creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Our room felt very big and comfortable, even better than it looked in the pictures, and it even had a lovely little balcony. Inside the room, we also had a fridge, coffee maker, and electric kettle, which were super convenient. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and spacious. One of the best features was the hotel's shared kitchen. Every morning, it was filled with fresh breakfast items, delicious cakes, and fresh juices, which was a wonderful way to start our day. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location was absolutely perfect too; we had great access to the historic part of the city and were very close to public transportation. If you're planning a trip to Florence, we definitely recommend this hotel!

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the center. Close to the train station as well, which is very convenient if you want to do one-day excursions. The room exceeded our expectations, extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable. There's always fruit and snack/ cookies and cake for breakfast if you're in a rush to get out in the morning. If not, there are eggs and other products in the fridge in case you decide to make your own breakfast. The host is available for any advice. A huge thanks to Andrea for the taxi assistance to the airport and for everything. I highly recommend the apartment! We will definitely come again!

Value for money. The host was friendly and helpful. Although contactless, the check-in process was very seamless. The little extras, including the tea station in the room, bar fridge, and continental breakfast, were a nice touch. It turned out to be better than some hotels, honestly, and the main station was a leisurely 20 or so mins walk

Our stay in Florence was very good! We were away from the busy central area and close to great restaurants, but at the same time, if we wanted the hustle and bustle, it was just a 20-minute walk, which was quite easy! My favorite part is that we were just a few meters from the gallery where I could see the long-awaited statue of David; Additionally, the room was very spacious and had everything we needed! There were even a variety of snacks in the kitchen, everything was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Andrea is always available, the place is safe, clean, spacious, easy to access for us, rules are there so everyone staying knows the quiet hours, i even wanted to iron my clothes and Andrea guided me to locate the iron in the open space. Its located in the middle of the city, even the central station is 13 mins walking, you can find a lot of bakeries, restaurants and markets within walking area, less than 5 mins. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment, about 15 mins walk from the centre of the city. The common area is really well equipped and has delicious coffee and snacks. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning meant that we could cool the room in the blazing heat!There is also the option to leave luggage which is very handy. The location was much quieter than the centre of Florence which was very bustling.

It's almost 20 mins walk from the train station so just be aware if you don't want to walk far.

Andrea and cleaning staff are very friendly and quick response, he kindly allow us to leave our bags before check in time and after we checked out. He also prepared a welcome breakfast kit to welcome us.There is a public area, where you can find some snacks, coffee and fruits. It's a pretty good accommodation.

There are mosquitoes in our room first night, we were woken up 3 times. Luckily they provided the mosquito repellent in our room for the second night, we had a good sleep.

Very clean and spacious room. We didn't use the shared kitchen but looked fully equipped . Complimentary croissants etc. Excellent location, everything within 20-30min walk. Highly recommend. I only marked down the staff by 1 as we had no physical contact with anyone all done by messaging which they were quick to answer any questions.

It was a bit noisy from the street but we were that knackered from walking to everywhere didn't take long to sleep

Very nice place, clean and within walking distance to the city center (10min). The same as shown in the pictures. The room was bigger than we expected so that was a plus. Also the room has heating, which is great. We would definetely recommend it to other people.

The metal frame of the bed was quite annoying as i kept hitting my legs on it while sleeping.

the place was great and very clean. it was perfect for a group of people. I loved that it was set up as an apartment and we each had our own keys for our rooms. Location was relatively close to everything. The area was quiet and the whole place had great light coming in, so felt very open.

I wish there would've been a more complete kitchen. Getting upstairs was rough with the elevator being so small and slow. but I guess that's most of Florence. The beds were not comfortable at all. The pricing was ok. It felt a bit expensive compared to some other places we could've stayed at, but I also thing we got what we paid for, which was a great, clean place with a very nice and helpful landlord. So accommodating!
