Here's a sample review for the hotel: "I recently stayed at Spark by Hilton and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The bagel breakfast was great. It was not a complete breakfast but had enough choices to set the kids up for the day. It was also a nice touch to have hot drinks available all day. The room was a great size. We booked three rooms in total and the staff ensured that these were close together. The car park was also great as we rented cars at the airport and were able to park for free.

I have no real complaints. Add a few minutes to your check out time as the lifts get busy and you may need to wait for awhile before it stops at your floor.

The staffs were the best. The pool was fine, the location was good for our purpose. It has breakfast.

Elevator worked for only one day after we got there and no more, we were in the 4th floor for our first 4 days. For the other 2 days we were in the first floor and the room we got was very worn. Plaster was falling from the ceiling on the floor, lucky it was not on the bed, smell humid and the lamps were all rusty and one of them, we have to unplug it to turn it off, that was the only way to turn it off.

Confort & early check-in. The room was clean.

TV set was not working and hotel could notget it towork or replace it. There are no microwave or coffee machine in the room. Despite the fact we asked to, the room was not made and we had to ask for a new set of towels for thexwhole party of 4.

I didn’t like when we came out our room and we saw the staff cleaning and we said morning and no time for the whole stay did they reply they never said anything. I don’t know if it’s because we were black I don’t know. For the next day we ride the elevator up with a white couple and we all engage in a friendly conversation and when the elevator stopped on the 2nd floor the cleaning lady was there and again we said good morning and nothing…but the white ppl said good morning to her and she answered them….we didn’t like the atmosphere of the cleaning crew at all but the overall stay was great

Clean room. Very good size too. Begal breakfast was great.

Pool access not convenient you had to leave the building and walk to the back side of it. It was closed very early at 8.00 pm. Breakfast could have been better with addition of sausage, bacon and potatoes.

Professionalism

Wish there were scrambled eggs and bacon option.

I like the price for the 2 day stay and the fact that I get my $100 refund back for not damaging the property. I like the window view.

I didn't like that it wasn't any hot water for the first night stay and there were black pieces of hair on the shower wall.

Convenient location, spacious rooms. Coffee available 24/7.

Breakfast very poor. Hallways had a bad smell like humidity and carpet looked pretty dirty.
