I liked the room. It was very comfortable even though I had read many bad reviews about this particular location but I was very satisfied with my room. I had very understanding staff members. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment about that and I was only there for one night.

The curtains needed washing really bad. The middle set of curtains were supposed to be white but they were so dirty they looked almost light brown. I had a small issue that was resolved due to the front desk person not reading a note on my account. I was on the verge of leaving and going to another hotel until he read the note and all was resolved. Other than those 2 issues I had no other problem and would stay there again.

Coffee in breakfast area was good and available all day

The remote control would not work unless I unplugged the tv. It would turn the tv on but I couldn’t change channels sometimes but other times it worked . Desk clerk thought it was the remote connection to tv but I tried pushing it in to make sure connection was secure and it was. The clerk did say to call back if that didn’t work but I was near end of stay so just unplugged and replugged

I recently stayed in a Days Inn in the general area and paid more for my stay there and was not happy with that facility. I was very relieved to find that the Clarion was better kept, much more pleasant and less expensive. This was a great relief for me. Thanks!

This is a minor detail, but visually there is some cosmetic damage/erosion/aging to the brick facade on the building that doesn't look so great. Fortunately that was not an indication of the quality that I would experience of my stay at the facility.

Breakfast was very good indeed, for this price point.

my room was very very clean, but had several needed carpentry repairs: closet door handle missing; tp dispenser missing; escutcheons on shower grab bar, not properly seated. A handyman-type needs to walk through all the rooms, looking for such things!

The 2 guys that helped me were awesome!!

The manager was there and was Not Nice. I parked in an unmarked space and he started yelling at me it was his spot, as he was cleaning out his Jeep with the vacuum. I was the one that asked staff can I park there and he went to see where I was talking and Mgr was just Rude. Also, the place Stunk of POT. I mean aweful. Seems like this is a local hotel that people are living there, not just staying a night or two.

Staff were friendly and attentive when we had an issue with the TV. I also liked that the room had a balcony. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff member who prepared and organized it made sure that everything was stocked and answered questions with respect.

We ate at the adjoining restaurant and the food was mediocre.

Great location, clean comfortable beds, very nice staff, they let us check in 2 hours early, and easy check in.

There was a chair next to the bed that looked a little grungy, and a dead bug-looked like a grasshopper fell out of the lamp head when I turned it on. But other than that it was great!

Breakfast was good- would have liked if the availability was extended anther hour! Liked walking to the Townhouse for lunch!

Just the breakfast hours extended to 10!

breakfast was good, could have stayed open to 10:30 am, gaps around both doors - i could see out and that made it drafty. TP holder was broken but we made do.

I've stayed there three times-- the rooms are spacious, everything is clean and comforable. I ate breakfast at the excellent diner across the parking lot.
