5-10 minute walk from old town and river. Close to restaurants and sights, yet quiet. Convenient laundry service right across the road (30K VND or US$1.50 per kg wash). Very helpful and polite porters. Lovely spa. Great breakfast spread. 2 big golf umbrellas and 2 pairs of slippers in each room; super helpful during the rainy season. Spacious rooms, lovely pillows and the bed linen feels so luxurious.

Stayed in the newly renovated wing but the new building is not connected to the old wing. A tad inconvenient when raining. The placements of fixtures also a little odd. Eg the toilet roll is next to the flush cistern at the back of toilet and you kinda need to stretch and reach out to get toilet paper (whereas most of the time toilet rolls are at the side walls of toilets). Lovely to have a bath tub, and would be nice if hotel could provide bath salts.

Beautiful facilities, great pools, swim up bar, comfortable, delicious buffet breakfast and a special cupcake treat for my son when it was his birthday. Fantastic location for walking into Old Town and night markets! Was great to borrow bikes to ride around town with the family. Was great to have connecting rooms for our family so we could split from the kids a bit. We were here for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay!

Pools got a bit too warm given how hot it was outside. This will be a super odd observation I know but there weren't enough hooks/hanging space in the room. The closet had hanging space but my long dresses didn't fit, you can only really hang shirts. Not really anywhere to hang wet towels. But that's really a minor issue, wouldn't impact me staying here again. The restaurant for dinner was very slow and not all that great so we would only eat there for the yummy breakfast.

Bel marina is in a great location. 5 minutes into the city centre. Clean rooms and a lovely outlook onto the pool and river.

The buffet was ok. Not as much choice as other places and food didn’t get restocked quick enough. The pool music had the same 3 songs on repeat which got annoying. Maybe change your music to a longer playlist or some more modern music to sing along to.

From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcome — the hospitality was second to none. The accommodation was fabulous, with great facilities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect too — within walking distance to the market, beautiful flower lanterns, and a variety of great places to eat. A special shout out to Liz, who was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us arrange tours and drivers — her support truly made our experience seamless and enjoyable. And a huge thank you to Ty, our driver — patient, friendly, and always ready with a smile. Highly recommend Stay for anyone visiting the area — it truly exceeded our expectations!

We stayed for 1 week and had a wonderful stay. They make everything possible and get to know you and your habits. They greet you personally everyday and ask if they can help. They fulfilled all our extra wishes and made everything possible. Based on earlier reviews, we can tell that they change and improve, as many of the points criticized were not present during our stay. Ms. Uyen (?) and the rest of the team made our stay exceptionally friendly. It was very calm, relaxing and peacefully quiet.

From the rich and tasty breakfast we can only not recommend the coffee. As a 5 star hotel, they should get a better coffee machine and tastier coffee for breakfast.

Everything! The pool was amazing, the staff extremely helpful. Tuan was lovely to see each day; he assisted with anything we needed while poolside. It was lovely to see Hat again, she is always a ray of sunshine, helpful and informative. Henry & Rose made our evening drinks so pleasant and even allowed us to join in the entertainment, they are so much fun. I think what really made it is the vibrant staff, always smiling and welcoming. The environment is beautiful, the pool, gardens and rooms but the staff certainly take the experience to a higher level. Beautiful people that clearly enjoy working at Bel Marina.

Nothing! Our whole stay was so enjoyable. I've stayed here twice and will certainly return and be telling my friends about this lovely place.

Four weeks of traveling with the family in Vietnam and this hotel/resort probably was our favorite stay, even though it almost only rained for four days! The vibe was so wonderful, we immediately felt at home. Also because all staff (and even other guests) is so friendly and checking in on how it's going in a natural way. They all could make a short conversation which was different from what we experienced elsewhere. It also seemed that the hotel is taking good care of their people (let's indeed hope so!). Our room was the best, with a view over the peaceful garden/pool and river. Cleaning ladies were kind and thoughtful. Location was convenient: close to the center but not too busy. They are expanding with a pool on the roof as well. If you want to enjoy Hoi-An, do not look further and book this resort as you can relax at the spacious pools or enjoy the city center within minutes, which is an ideal combination for a city trip (from our perspective).

If we ever have the possibility to visit again, we need more sun! :-)

This is our fifth time at this resort and cannot fault. The staff are amazing, in particular the pool guys which really look after you and ensure you always have towels and even go to the extent of bringing extra towels without even needing them or having to ask. All the team are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is delicious and everything is very clean. Used the shuttle bus service to An Bang beach which is always spot on time. Just outside the resort is money exchange and massages at good prices.

I absolutely loved everything about it .. Breakfast was outstanding with everything you could wish to think of eating .. All of the staff are divine and nothing was any trouble at all for them , Anything you are wanting, it was delivered with a warm smile .. They all remembered our names and made a effort to come a greet us at breakfast to she how we slept and if everything was ok .. Amazing pools with a fab swim up bar and a view of the river that takes your breath away .. Music at night was great with a mix of all the songs we know and love , with 2 great singers that bring out the fun in you .. Will be returning again yearly with more friends next time and for a longer period than just 9 days .. :) 100% one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in ..

Fantastic location within walking distance to all that gorgeous Hoi An has to offer but a great sanctuary also to relax. The 2 pools were refreshing (not hot like some pools) and the staff were so beautiful. I thought for the price (so cheap) that it may not be 5 star, but it was and was excellent value. The cocktails were great and the breakfast up there. The bonus of cheap foot massages out front! The Marina Suite was a great size, bonus of a bath tub. special mention to Liz on the front desk for her cute smile and great service. The bellboys also amazing as well as pool staff.

If I had to say anything it’s just that it’s in the process of being renovated in one building but they honestly did a great job of making sure you didn’t notice or be put out. It will be even better once complete!
