Beautiful room that has wall to wall windows with panoramic city view. The best designed room of my entire trip. We were surprised to see welcome sweet on the table and everything in the refrigerator was complimentary. The slippers have a cute design. The location was easy to walk from main train station/airport buses stop. The breakfast was good, staffs of all level were helpful and welcoming. We loved our stay so much that we wish we should stay longer. The security was great with security guards at lobby area and to use elevator you have to use keycard. WiFi and air-con were great too.

We had a fantastic room with an incredible view towards the Central Station. The room was spacious, well furnished and overall in a very good condition. There were complimentary drinks in the minibar. Breakfast offers a good selection. The gym is big enough with adequate equipment for a basic workout. The hotel is well located within walking distance of the Central Station where you can catch the Metro or the Hop-on-hop-off bus (which we took for a day and would definitely recommend).

Checking in and out is not the best experience, mainly due to limited personnel and desks. The staff there is also not the friendliest. Did not really feel welcomed, and our patronage also not appreciated when we left.

idyllic location in a great city that is Milan , Centrally located meant that everything was easy to get to ,transport, cafes,shops restaurants etc

this was the first hotel of this size ive been in where a hairdryer wa not icluded the facilities of this excellent room , minor gripe maybe , but if your not carrying your own hairdryer in your luggage ?

Great location close to the central station. Modern design. Clean.

I hate the glass wall bathroom. It should be mentioned in the room description to avoid. There are not enough varieties for breakfast. The Hotel is not very suitable for tourists, it's more suitable for businessmen and executives.

Big new room. Large comfortable bed. Free drinks in the fridge, topped up everyday. Walking distance to Milan Centrale train station.

Service was slow. Nice room design but lacks practicality. Wash basin is very shallow and overflows easily (not exaggerating), so you’ll need to be careful when you turn on the tap or rinse your mouth. Bathroom is huge but the towel rack is on the other side of the bath, so after your bath you’ll need to race across the bathroom dripping wet and cold, past a frosted glass door while your partner looks on, to grab your towel.

Mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks (water, sodas, etc.) that get replenished every day. Complimentary sweets delivered to the room after check in. High quality sheets and linen, as well as toiletry products. Complimentary slippers. Private toilet separated from the wash area. Safe in room that actually works and does not require a PhD to operate. Possibility to connect one’s streaming device to the flat screen TV. Modern fittings. Large and comfortable bed. Location at walking distance from Milano Centrale station, metro, tram and bus services including to/from all airports. Undercover parking.

Not a dislike, more of an inconvenience for people who are not extra-tall Vikings. In my room the shower towel rack was very high and located in the shower cubicle, and the fresh towels were folded and placed on top of it. A person of my height (5.2) has to stretch standing on toes to reach a towel (with some difficulty) when showering. (Bring a stick in the shower to prod and push the towel over the edge ☺️). Perhaps fresh shower towels could be placed on the clean sheets of the bed or in one of the closet drawers for the convenience of guests of all “statures”.
