We were in room 210, which is a more quiet corner of the building - of which only 2 floors belong to the hotel. The room was spacious and beds were very comfy. I am a very light sleeper but I had no issues - earplugs were enough. :-) The staff is very nice. Bus to the city center is close and you also have option to train stations should you decide to visit a neighboring town.

Breakfast could be more creative. For example, instead of having just scrambled eggs - one day that could be cheese omelette and next day sunny side up. There was no yogurt which many people find a staple food. Coffee machine was OK but nothing special. For some reason, there is no toilet brush in the bathroom (?) but they do clean the room very nicely.

- Good location, close to 2 metro stations (Facultats & Aragon - practical to reach city centre) and FC Valencia's stadium - Clean enough, decent soap - At night it was pretty cold (end march trip), but we were able to use the air conditionning which was working very well - Good price per night - Very spacious room - Very good soundproof from street noises thanks to the windows

- Very noisy from sounds inside the hotel (neighbours from above when walking, we could even hear the water as someboday was showering somewhere next to us) - One night we went to the restaurant and asked to have some food (it was still during opening hours). As the restaurant had no place available at the sitting table, we asked if food could be taken to the room. At first we were told it is ok, then we were informed that the chef is no longer available to cook anything from the menu. - Above the bed, the wall was not looking good (it seemed there was an old pipe flooding) > hopefully is was dried as there was no mold smell in the room Recommandation : add a fridge and slippers for guests as the floor is quite cold at times.

We booked a superior room (as my husband is 6' 4") which usually comes with a five or six foot bed. Unfortunately this was not the case, they do not have five feet beds. So the hotel was very obliging in putting a single a single bed in for me. The breakfast was buffet style - perfect good variety of foods. For a change the evening meal was a set menu with various choices, what made the difference is it was served to your table instead of buffet. Staff were really helpful and very pleasant. Hotel sent us information about a taxi service that they provide which was booked before we arrived - very good.

Dinner was served rather late for us - but normally we could get into the resturant a little earlier. Shame a swimming pool would have been lovely but you can't have it all.

The first night I stayed there I realized, they offered you breakfast and dinner all included in the same price. The location was not that central but you could go everywhere easily, even go to the beach very quickly and the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had everything needed.

The only part was the smell of cigarettes when I got to the room, the staff tried to take it out spraying some air cleaner stuff but trying to sleep afterwards was very hard, luckily only that night was the worst the other days you only smelled a faint smell of cigarettes.

The room was just like in the photos. It was spotless and cleaned regularly every day. All the staff and receptionists were very kind and friendly. In terms of location, the hotel is within a 10-minute walking distance to the metro, which allows you to easily reach all parts of the city. We used line 3 and got off at the Facultat station. The walking path to the hotel was pleasant. There are markets and a pharmacy nearby. The breakfast was satisfying and very nice. We especially loved the fruit yogurt. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was big, super clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had hot water in the shower and got cleaning services regular. The position of the hotel is also a big plus, as we really enjoy walks when visiting new cities, and we were 30 mins away from everything we wanted to see. We recommend staying at this hotel if you want a good sleep and great value for money.

If you are a light sleeper you might be a bit disturbed by the noises if you get loud neighbours, but that could be easily fixed with earplugs 😊

Location for exploring was ideal. We were primarily there to watch Valencia CF play, and with a very late kick off, after the game it was great to be so close as not to need to worry about transport as thr area goes into grid lock post game.

The buffet breakfast included was a little hit and miss. Not overly well stocked at the mid point of breakfast service on either day we had it. The cooked items ran out and the chilled items were also lacking. Pastries were nice. Selection of fruit juices was good. Shame all the glasses were warm.

Property was excellent! Staff was kind, and our room was cleaned every day. We had half-board service and the food was amazing. There was plenty of options for breakfast, and dinner was different every day - drink + starter + main meal + dessert. Location is great, not far from city center, but has a great bus connection with center and the beach. I think this is amazing for the money we paid.

I had a pleasant stay at Sweet Hotel Renasa in Valencia. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring all our needs were met with a warm and welcoming attitude. The room was clean and comfortable, offering good value for money and living up to our expectations. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and I would recommend this hotel for its great service and cleanliness.

I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The housekeeping staff at breakfast wasn't very welcoming, which slightly dampened the morning experience. Additionally, there was a small oversight with the drainpipes in the bathroom, but it didn't affect our overall comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sweet Renasa. The food was absolutely delicious, both at breakfast and dinner – fresh, flavorful, and with a good variety. My room was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is also great: I was able to reach all the main attractions easily using public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
