The location is good, the personnel excellent and really helpful, the hotel and amenities and rooms are showing some age but still comfortable, warm and clean. The breakfast and lounge offer quantity and range but quality and authenticity of food could improve.

There is no outside space or open window in the entire hotel, not even a window in the 14th floor lounge opens. Distinct lack of fresh air. The hotel is aging we had maintenance in our room to fix a leakor check an isse 2 times in 5 day stay.

Comfortable beds, amazing quality food and drinks and breakfast was exceptional. All good quality and well stocked by the staff, everything was replenished at breakfast so not disappointed. The bar server brought over a complimentary bowl of crisps to enjoy with our late drinks after we returned from the Doobie Brothers gig at the O2. Well done to the management team for being attentive to details and delivering an excellent customer experience. We appreciate you all and love this hotel!

There could have been more running machines in the gym, my partner had a 20 minute wait but not the end of the world.

Location 10/10 (exactly five minutes walking form Canary Wharf Station). Can be accessed directly from the airport using the underground tube (Elizabeth Line). Walking from the station to the hotel is very enjoyable in high-class area. Breakfast 10/10. The best I have experienced. Staff 10/10. Special thanks to AJ and his colleagues. Services 10/10. WiFi is prefect. Comfort, clean and prefect 10/10.

The water pressure is not string. I was in the 9th floor. That might be the reason. The window was on a slide of the wall. not fully covered the wall.

Stayed here for 4 nights to attend the country 2 country festival at the O2 and had a lovely comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast, oh my, the breakfast. So much choice, so many options and all of them delicious 😋 Getting to the O2 was easy and we had a fab weekend.

The only thing that bugged me, and it probably down to my scottish roots. We arrived at the hotel late, at 11.30pm, and if you've never been before, the car park for the hotel is super safe, but also not noticeable at all. But that was easily rectified with one of our party running into the hotel to ask where the car park was. But my main gripe was that I wish we had just driven around for a bit longer and arrived after midnight. We were still charged the full day rate of £30 for that last half hour of the day.

The hotel is fantastic! Staff are very friendly especially Mina! Love the 'welcome Jess' message on the TV, never seen that before and the housekeeping left a welcome note and chocolates. Genuinely could not fault this hotel. Good shower power. HUGE room! Beds are very comfortable, maybe firmer pillows would be nice but that's a personal preference. Food was really nice, they took my nut allergy very seriously and made sure it was all cooked in a separate area. Decently priced £16.50 for pizzas (more on the menu) and £6+ for pints.

Bit of a surprise about a £50 damage hold deposit but understandable. The window handle has been removed due to health and safety so they can't be opened but there is Aircon so it was fine in the end.

The location and the size of the executive bedroom. Excellent front of house staff and concierge

The quality of food in the Executive lounge was disappointing. The service disappointing. Food and drink still wasn’t available by 6.30 pm. I had to ask for cutlery, napkins and crackers for the cheese.In the bedroom there were 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner in the shower area but no shower gel. In the bathroom area there was shampoo and shower gel. Please put a shower gel dispenser in the shower area. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent and so were the staff.

Not having anywhere the smoking zone if it's there it would be perfect place especially in winter.. Food preparation of egg omelete is not that good Same menu in the breakfast almost all the days menu can be changed a little Dental kid have not provided

Lovely hotel and room. The room service servers and reception staff were wonderful and very helpful. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and nice, bathroom was nice too. Cleaned well.

One member of bar staff was rude, although I can't remember his name. Maybe Joe or something like this? He didn't want to make cocktails, even though the bar was still open and he was happy to serve beer. He did resign to making cocktails after I questioned why he couldn't. His colleague gave us some truffles as an apology for the confusion. Didn't get the toothbrush and toothpaste I'd asked for when I phoned reception. But this isn't the end of the world. Would like a better selection of toiletries, including conditioner.

This is probably the best hotel i have stayed at in London. From service, staff, breakfast, rooms to hospitality and food - everything was exceptionak. The staff is so polite and humble - I used to go to the bar to warm my toddlers milk 3 times a day and not a single bartender showed any attitude or reluctance to do it. I would give this hotel 10 on 10 and would highly recommend to every family visiting London. Big shout out to Xavier, Simone, Mara, Irene, Swapna for their amazing service and hospitality.

I like how it's beautifully-located near the water -- the Canary Wharf is great for walks and there are many good restaurants. Our room is spacious, bed comfy. Friendly receptionists. We're celebrating a family occasion then. When we arrived in the room, there was a greeting card, some truffle chocolates, balloons and a small cake on a platter. We really appreciate it!

The hotel room needs some facelift. The bathroom is with this tub and shower- in-one setup, which is really inconvenient.
