Stayed here for 4 nights to attend the country 2 country festival at the O2 and had a lovely comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast, oh my, the breakfast. So much choice, so many options and all of them delicious 😋 Getting to the O2 was easy and we had a fab weekend.

The only thing that bugged me, and it probably down to my scottish roots. We arrived at the hotel late, at 11.30pm, and if you've never been before, the car park for the hotel is super safe, but also not noticeable at all. But that was easily rectified with one of our party running into the hotel to ask where the car park was. But my main gripe was that I wish we had just driven around for a bit longer and arrived after midnight. We were still charged the full day rate of £30 for that last half hour of the day.

Lovely hotel and room. The room service servers and reception staff were wonderful and very helpful. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and nice, bathroom was nice too. Cleaned well.

One member of bar staff was rude, although I can't remember his name. Maybe Joe or something like this? He didn't want to make cocktails, even though the bar was still open and he was happy to serve beer. He did resign to making cocktails after I questioned why he couldn't. His colleague gave us some truffles as an apology for the confusion. Didn't get the toothbrush and toothpaste I'd asked for when I phoned reception. But this isn't the end of the world. Would like a better selection of toiletries, including conditioner.

Location., staffs, restaurant staffs were very helpful especially during my son sick., so kind and polite in providing breakfast when breakfast time is over Location near by tube station Place is awesome Hotel room was spacious Help provided for carrying luggage where other hotel where I have stayed not done this Helped in booking taxi All over fine stay

Not having anywhere the smoking zone if it's there it would be perfect place especially in winter.. Food preparation of egg omelete is not that good Same menu in the breakfast almost all the days menu can be changed a little Dental kid have not provided

This is probably the best hotel i have stayed at in London. From service, staff, breakfast, rooms to hospitality and food - everything was exceptionak. The staff is so polite and humble - I used to go to the bar to warm my toddlers milk 3 times a day and not a single bartender showed any attitude or reluctance to do it. I would give this hotel 10 on 10 and would highly recommend to every family visiting London. Big shout out to Xavier, Simone, Mara, Irene, Swapna for their amazing service and hospitality.

Stayed here with my 2 daughters, Loved the area , close to the O2 as our trip was to attend the mamma Mia party, tube station about a 5 minute walk. The hotel was beautiful, it was my daughter's 17th birthday, in the room there were balloons, flower petals , a lovely decorated plate with cake 😍, truffles & a card , she was over the moon it was lovely 🥰 (thankyou so much). We stayed 2 nights had breakfast both mornings with complimentary bucks fizz 🍾 Rooms were beautiful & beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again & will recommend this hotel to family & friends. Thanks for an amazing stay. Xx

Nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast, and facilities are really good. Location is good as well, near malls and tube to the city. 10 minutes walk to the tube if you are slow (like us). Lots of restaurants in the area. View from the room was amazing (we were on the 13th floor). We got an early check in (several hours before normal check in time) even though they told us in advance that would not be possible. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole family was very happy to stay here.

We were happy there, nothing was bad. Maybe one note to the staff.. the cleaner should take a look under the sofa bed once in a while. There was some trash under the sofa bed from previous guests, which you can only see when the sofa bed is in open position for sleeping.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean - it was a bonus our room was ready on arrival and we were able to check in early. Ideal location for attending events at the O2. We stayed here for a concert and were back at the hotel 15 minutes after the show ended, just one tube stop away. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel for events at the O2 and would definitely consider staying here for future events. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and in surrounding areas, plenty of restaurants and a transport links within walking distance.

The location is great. The hotel is clean and the facilities are good.

The sauna /steam area had lots of towels on the floor. Checking in and out was not smooth as there were issues with the payment in terms of an overcharge and I witnessed another guest trying to resolve the same issue. James did resolve the issue and he was very nice. I think I would have felt more valued as a customer if I had been acknowledged upon arrival whilst waiting up to 15-20 minutes to check in. It’s the small things that make a difference as I do accept on occasion there may be wait times which are unexpected.

2nd time visiting within 2 months & it’s warm, welcoming, polite, staff go above and beyond. Staff are always happy to help & we’re great at helping us find our way to certain places to visit due to line closures/limited services over the new year period. Freshly prepared food, clean, great for every type of guest, my children absolutely loved the blonde haired gentleman from the dining room. Lots of colouring and other activities for the children within the foyer area.

Nothing I love absolutely everything about it.

Easy check in and check out, lovely friendly staff that were very helpful. Room service was good, and food was amazing. We had everything we needed and slept really well. Only negative is the room next door was very noisy Friday night, but this can't be helped by the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Noise next door late into the night. Walls are not soundproof, luckily the family were not there the next two nights so slept better after the first night.
