The hotel and the location was great. It was really close to public transport. Even if it’s located at Prague2 zone, it’s just next yo Prague1 zone. The staff was very kind and informative. The best advice I get from Adam was, if you stay in there at weekends, the parking places on the street in front of the hotel is free of charge and you can save tons of money over the parking 😎

There were only small downsides. 1. The pillows were really uncomfortable. 2. For families who will sleep connected beds, there is a small risk of your “middle sleeper” can fall in between 😂

The room was much larger than we had expected, with great space. We only stayed one night but could easily spend a week plus as there was enough space not to trip over each other. The beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing - a great selection for all dietary needs. It was a short walk to the train station. We walked through a market in the morning. We'd highly recommend this hotel.

There's nothing about this hotel that we didn't enjoy. The only thing we may have wanted was extra pillows, as we usually sleep with 2 each.

We stayed for four nights and overall had a pleasant experience. Reception staff were always friendly and professional, which made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, though the fixed shower head made showering a bit inconvenient.

Housekeeping needs improvement—we once returned to find cleaning tools and a staff access card left in the room.

Location, very clean

The rooms on the last floor haven’t normal windows, only velux, they are very small and situated under the roof. It is not comfortable for me. No slippers and bathrobes in the room, no conditioner for the hairs, definitely not 4 star hotel. in the breakfast we were waiting for the table, because it was overcrowded. For our small dog we were charged 25 euros for one night. The biggest amount we’ve ever paid, but we weren’t provided with anything for this price- no bowl, no coach etc. We’ve booked the room for three person - 2 adults and one child 11 y.o., but at the check-in we were offered to pay extra 30 euros for the the extra bed, or sleep in one bed which wasn’t in real one bed, but two placed together, thus it was uncomfortable.

As in my previous review(returning customer), I was happy with my stay. Clarion Hotel is in a perfect location with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The area can be a little bit busy at night (theres is a 24/7 KFC, Burger King and McDonald's nearby) but windows provide a very good noise isolation so I didn't mind at all. Plus you won't go hungry if you feel like having a late night snack:) Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. Breakfast is very decent with plenty to choose from (including porridge and fresh fruit).

There isn't much to complain about. Perhaps that you can't open the windows unless you ask for them to opened for you at the reception. I can understand it as a measure to guarantee better A/C performance I guess.

We stayed here to attend an event at Prague Congress Centre and Clarion suited our location and budget but was also close to the Old Town and Metro. The rooms in Clarion are a little dated, but they are clean and I slept well even though the beds and pillows were quite soft. The breakfast was really good and had early starts and late finishes which suited us. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful.

Very good location, in the center but quiet, near to the metro and tram station, good breakfast, helpful staff, stable good WiFi, nice big bath, clean. Prague is very beautiful.

The mattresses are not very comfortable, but after long walks you fall asleep without problems. Extra bed for an additional cost for a child, which is not indicated in the order and must be paid separately.

Very quiet! Good bed! I slept well! Public transport (tram and metro) around the corner and a very helpfull explanation of the public transport by the receptionist.

No tables for single travellers in the breakfastroom. A bar would be nice for the evenings ( for single business travelers)

Location is exceptionally convenient. Metro and tram stops are just few minutes from the hotel. There are many restaurants and cafes just around the corner and a very nice brunch cafe right next to it. Rooms are spacious. I appreciate the fact that the hotel tries to reduce the carbon footprint by reducing the unnecessary daily cleaning.

Now, I suppose it's because of the AC, but the windows can't be open and personally it made me feel a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast selection is decent but I expected a bit more.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The location was also excellent, with easy access to local attractions and amenities, close to metro and a lot of coffee and restaurants aroumd. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience.
