The price of this hotel was good for what you got. The staff friendly. Had three pools and the option of 2 beaches nearby. The food was good. Close to neama bay. 20 minute walk or 3 euro in a taxi.

Not too much choice on the all inclusive drinks as could only have wine with dinner and it finished at 10pm. But saying that with the price you paid it was good to be able to get some drinks. And after 10 you could buy from the shop next door and drink them at the hotel.

Fairly quiet. Staff was obsessively attentive to our every need. Buffet food was really good. The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge and a safe. There are indeed three pools that are very close together but different. entertainment was 🤪 would return again for a shot stay.

We had to share our balcony with another room. Location is not near the sea. Apparently they do have a private beach somewhere but you have to get the bus to go there. Great place for a couple of nights but we wouldn't want to spend a whole two weeks here.

Pool cleaning wasn`t enough. Specially near dinning hall.

Everything is perfect I was planning to stay in Sharm Elshikh just for 4 days, but now it is the nineth day because of what I found here in this hotel..

I liked a lot the kindness of the waiters and all staff of Rivoli. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent and customer services great.

Over all was OK the room, the hotel, staff and the location wad ok.

The food most of the time, you could tell the food was reheat from the day b4, was not so many choices was very limited. Some days the food was OK. There were not many choice of fishes specifically some where like Sharm al-Sheikh on the sea. I was expected have so many choices of fishes but not at all. If the food was fresh and had more choices specifically with fish meat chicken and fresh vegetables I would have give them 9 out of 10. This area need to work on. This is the only down side of the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel and we had a smooth check-in. Mr Eslam the receptionist is a very polite man who helped us through our vacation and allowed us an early check-in. The room is lovely, spacious with clean bathroom, housekeeping is very helpful and polite. There are 3 beautiful pools. We loved the big pool in front of the reception. The hotel gives you an access to Gafy beach (which is on the other side of the road) and it's a beautiful sandy beach, very suitable for a dip-in. There is another beach (Calimera beach) with scheduled bus times but we didn't go to it. You are allowed to have a ticket for one beach per day but if you want to leave the beach and go back again at the same day, no worries since the beach man at Gafy resort lets you do so. The location of the hotel is at Naema bay which is great. The food is very basic, not very good, not very bad, lacks variety, however restaurant staff are active and cheerful. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely come again.

3 beautiful pools good varied meals staff is friendly and kind the architecture and global atmosphere of this resort are great, much more charming than all other resorts I've seen in Egypt the overall experience was so good I was constantly forgetting about the little issues described below

the maintenance condition of the rooms could be improved (doors and handles require heavy maintenance, as well as the air conditioning which was not really adjustable)

Before leaving, there were many rumors about Sharm, the most frequent being about the poor quality of the food. Cleanliness: Exceptional. Towels and bed linens were changed daily, and the rooms always had a pleasant fragrance. Restaurant: Delicious food, with grilled specialties every evening. The menu is varied, and every night, in addition to the traditional menu, there were specialties from different countries (Mexican, Italian, Japanese, etc.). Entertainment: The staff was friendly and non-intrusive. There were different shows every evening, including African dances, belly dancing, live music, and much more. Reception: Always available and polite. There is also a very affordable taxi service. Conclusion: When we arrived at the Oriental Rivoli, we felt at home. It felt like being in a large community. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly, making us feel right at home! During the vacation, one member of our group caught the flu, and I was amazed by the attention they received. The staff was genuinely concerned about their health and brought tea and herbal infusions to their room for the flu. We received assistance at all times, and the staff and management were constantly attentive to the well-being of the guests. The location is excellent, as the structure is 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from Naama Bay, and 20 minutes from Soho Square and Old Sharm. The experience was spectacular. I highly recommend this resort if you want a vacation dedicated to well-being.
