Everything is great about this property. The moment you check in to the moment you walk out. Staff is amazing. I haven’t stayed at a place where everyone has such great attitude and customer service. The pool is heated and perfect for any type of weather. Plenty of parking. And amazing food in site. This was our first time due to unforeseen circumstances wrecked our initial vacation plans. I’m glad I saw the billboard and made a reservation. I will be visiting again.

The pool is beautiful. The staff is great everywhere in the hotel and casino casino is easy to get around.

It was disappointing when we got in early to not get in our room on a Sunday until well after 4:00 PM. We left on a Tuesday and they could not accommodate late checkout not even until noon, although 1:00 PM was what we really needed. If they had accommodated that we would have stayed and enjoyed the pool and the casino much longer.

I loved the fact that we could stay there and see a concert there. The concert venue was great.

I had booked a room with a balcony and a pool view from my husband 60th birthday. I booked the room many months in advance and when I arrived at the room, it was overlooking a huge parking garage/rooftop. They also mention they would have balloons in the room… In the end we ended up with a basic room, no balloons.

Restaurants, shopping, gambling, pool all in one no need to leave. We went with kids and it seemed kid friendly. Nice, clean Casino. It gave a Vegas feel. Great food and service. Rooms are spacious. Excellent shower. The operator was extremely polite and nice when I called.

There needed to be more staff at pool. It’s Spring Break you were at capacity, knowing that ahead of time should’ve scheduled enough workers. There were mountains of towels in pool area, on chairs and we had to sit in cement. After a while we checked and nobody was sitting in lounge chairs, they had left their towels on them. If staff walked by and picked up used towels, guests could know they are available. Food/drinks also took a long time too. it was our first time there. It's a lovely place just needs to plan for busy days.

The resort was clean, the pool was large and beautiful and the staff was friendly, caring and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

(Location)If you are looking to explore the surrounding areas you will have a bit of a drive 10/15 minutes to most attractions. Smoking is allowed indoors on the casino floor.

The room was very nice with many amenitities. I came down for a very short trip to say goodbye to a close friend who is dying and at Eisenhower. Having snacks waiting and a robe and slippers in a comforting room privided a calming enviorment.

My daughter booked the room as a gift and paid online for what showed her the full amount. But when I arrived and gave them my credit card for incidentals, they only charged my daughter for one night and charged the rest to me. It was inconvenient.

The staff were exceptionally kind

Isolated, they need to run a shuttle service to Palm Springs. I think they would benefit so much from it. Even in house excursions would be great, there are no many opportunities they are not looking at. I know they have casino and theatre but it could be so much more

Everything thing was very nice and we were very please.

We order room service with the menu left at the room we fill it and hang it in the door. Breakfast never made it to our room .So we had to get dress an look for a place to eat ,yes inside de hotel.

The room was clean and there were robes, slippers, lip balm, pillow spray, and little chocolates left in the room for us daily. The lobby was exciting and I remember it smelled lovely. The restaurant by the sports screens had the best pickles I've ever had and the staff was so nice and accommodating. The bath in the bathroom was very big and clean. Actually, everything was very clean. The pool is a comfortable but refreshing temperature and the hot tub is staggered so we were able to have our own square of it separate from another group staying at the hotel. The poolside towels and wet bar were a plus.

The beds could be a little more comfortable, but I still slept very soundly because I was out and about every day. Also, we checked in 4 people but they only gave us 2 robes even though we had the 4 slippers and towels.

loved the view from 10th floor balcony overlooking pool. Bellmen gave outsiders service. In room dining was great!

Music in casino was the loudest I’ve ever heard. Ace player’s club extremely slow and seemed inexperienced. Had an issue with comps and they wanted me to handle the situation myself. Basically passed the buck instead of resolving the problem. No host on duty Sunday ( early evening) . Gift shops and some restaurants way overpriced. Regarding the deluxe king room w/balcony…throw pillows on sofa were shredding and zipper broken. Door
