Hotel is very nice, we received a small complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates due to our honeymoon and they delivered when it came to requesting a room with a city view so it was a very surprise. It was a pleasant stay in a lovely city, breakfast was nice but is very expensive and could easily end up adding a good wedge on to your stay. Rooms look recently refurbished and they were very modern and well represented. The bar is very nice and cosy and the bar staff very accommodating. Location wise its absolutely perfect. Right outside Vienna Central, you are 15 mins and 1 stop away by train to the Airport and 3 metro stations away from Stephansplatz which is the main City centre. Overall very happy stay

We had chocolates stolen out our room that we had purchased as a gift for our daughter, presumably this was taken by the house keepers. We reported this to the main desk but unfortunately nobody got back in touch before we left. Although not expensive it’s obviously the principal. It didn’t dampen our spirit however it did prompt us to put a “do not disturb” sign on our door for the final 2 days of our stay.

One of the best advantage of this hotel is Location, it is just in front of Central railway station. But compare with other cities it is safe and clean. so definitely recommend. The sound proof is good. We didn't hear any sounds from outside. The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable beds and nice tidy rooms.

There is no door in a bathroom... with a shower in front of the "missing door". We were with a friend and it is not very comfortable as you don't have any privacy... And even if you are with your partner, still it is not so comfortable. for example, to use a bathroom when someone is sleeping and not wake up.. On a bright side the toilet is separate and has a door :)

The Room was spacious and well equiped with all that we required including a small fridge and coffee maker that could also make tea. It was tended to and made up freshly every day by the excellent housekeeping team. Beakfast was superb in every respect; catering as it did for all tastes and preferences. There was so much delicious food to choose from. The hotel managed the large number of guests at breakfast with ease. The staff on reception were always helpful and good humoured.

The music in the foyer/bar area did not appeal. I did not stay there for a drink, nor did many others! What makes Vienna a wonderful city to visit? Great art, Opera, Music and culture. The home of Mozart! I complained to the hotel staff about the ambient pop music playing on the ground floor. I was told that they have no control over the music, it is decided by the management of the Leonardo group. My message to the management is that some of the guests are discerning music lovers. Take note!

Very nice hotel to stay in. The staff were very friendly throughout our two day stay. Room was a good size and quiet, which was particularly amazing considering that the hotel is directly across from Vienna's main train station. Very easy access to the city centre via the U-bahn.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but be aware that if travelling by motorcycle you cannot use the underground car park next to the hotel. We did... paid the car fee... and got told off on exit...

I liked: 1. hotel staff friendliness and ability to quickly help resolve customer issues 2. cleanliness and comfort of the room 3. broad breakfast selection - both cold and hot, healthy proteins and less healthy carbohydrates

The mini refrigerator did not cool. When I first arrived the refrigerator interior was very warm and had an unpleasant odor - possibly from lack of interior air circulation. I set the red arrow to 9, but there was no change. Then I set the blue arrow to 1 and still no change. I also never heard any operational sound, however, the interior light worked so it confirmed there was electrical power. I did not report to the front desk.

pretty much everything. Very modern. The rooms were excellent. Plenty of room. Excellent bathroom facilities and shower. Location was terrific. The people were extremely helpful and attentive. The morning breakfast had plenty of food. The quality was reasonable though not particularly outstanding. There was an excellent variety of food. I would say excellent quantity, decent quality. very quick walk from the central station. I had a fairly hefty number of bags and I was able to easily block it. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.

I liked everything. perhaps a little bit better quality breakfast. And when I went up to get a cup of coffee I came back and removed my plate of food! I thought when they see there is only one person or that plates are still full they might wanna wait to clear the table.

Great location close to public transport and major train station very easy to access city center. Facilities overall are very good, modern and clean, a couple of public parking lots nearby which are offered with discounted parking fees by the hotel.

Limited options on breakfast, and the kitchen doesn't offer additional options as our request to have fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs was turned down. Parking fees (although discounted) are still quite expensive (€28 per 24hours), but this is inline with everywhere else within Vienna city centre.

Everything. - clean - quiet - good ac - drinking water and kettle provided - 2 sets of pillow - thick and thin to choose - solid mattress - reception staff are fantastic It felt that hotel does basic stuff really well - sleep comfort and staff were solid. At the same time hotel does not overspend on fancy furniture, keeping prices reasonable. Massive value for money.

Honestly it's nitpicking, but towels were a bit small, and shampoo they provide is not good.

Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hauptbahnhof has an amazing location — just across from Vienna’s main train station, with easy access to the entire city via metro. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide and delicious variety each morning. We were especially thrilled to meet Sepehr, a fellow Iranian working at the hotel. He was incredibly kind, professional, and enthusiastic, giving us helpful tips for exploring Vienna. His warm hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and stylish, and overall we were very satisfied. However, there were a few small drawbacks: - The bathroom had no door, which was a bit uncomfortable for us since we were three friends traveling together. - There was no iron in the room, and we had to request one from reception. - Surprisingly, there was no telephone in the room, which made communication with the front desk slightly inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and excellent service — especially thanks to Sepehr!

The location is excellent - it would be good to know which exit to take at the train station tough. A very friendly 24h reception. Exceptional quick check in at 2 am - VERY much appreciated because all you want after the flight delays I had was to fall into bed.

The walls were thinner than I expected. I could hear the neighbour snoring - albeit I must admit I never knew a human can make such a noise. Because I could not hear people in the hallway or, the classic, a shower running. I am still stunned I could hear them snoring. An electricity plug next to the bed would be appreciated. There was one on the other side (i.e., the other twin bed). And I am always disappointed when a hotel in Vienna does not have good coffee. Their machines give out a bitter hot beverage ressembling a coffee....
