The room was spacy and comfortable. The bad comfortable as well. The room very clean. Excellent pool. Everyday tea, coffee and waters in the room. Though the building is old, the hotel provides anyway the main necessary services that you may feel comfortable. The bus stop is near, so you may easily go to the city center. I loved as well the locking system of the doors giving me security feeling.

The building itself seem old, corridors ground old, but it was not afterwards important. I think the hotel may do better the lighting in the restaurant, in the pool.

The room was big enough, there is buffet breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. The swimmingpool is quite big and clean and there is also a sauna. You can have buffet dinner if you want with 70 PLN per person. And you pay at the bar. You also have the option to order a-la-carte from the menu. Parking costs 40 PLN per day but you can park for free a few steps away from the hotel. We found a lot of parking spots behind a building 30 m from the hotel. Right next to the hotel, there is sister hotel - Express Hotel Krakow. People from that hotel serve the breakfast at Premier Hotel. The hotel is not luxury but it is worth it for the money, especially for the food and SPA. The staff is friendly, they speak english and they are ready to help you anytime.

Big hotel in the suburbs, with all necessary amenities, friendly professional staff. Rooms are clean with tea and coffeee kettle (and bags), big bathroom. We enjoyed the pool, which is warm and clean, as well as sauna - botrh included in the price. Breakfast was fine, with lots of choices.

You cannot open the windows, not even slightly! And air conditioning cannot ventilate the room completely, so the air becomes stale in the room. In such a big hotel the bar should be open longer.

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

It took quite a while to reach the places we wanted to visit. But since the hotel was so nice and affordable (2 of us spent 30 eur each per night in the double room), we were willing to spend 30 min in the bus (public transportation) to reach the city center. It was well worthy for us.

The BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM. Room was good. and the pool was also very good we just had so much to see that we didnt end up in the room for very long each day to enjoy it, we also had early check in which was great as our flight was in early.

it was a little out from the town so we got a lot of ubers but to be honest they were very cheap so it wasnt a hassle at all.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the children’s play area. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. Another great convenience was having two bathrooms in our room.

The only downside was that one of the beds folded up whenever we sat on it.

The room was perfectly 🥰 isolated (sound proof). I couldn't hear the next-door kids who were screaming and listening to TV so I could rest. The pool, even if it was small, was perfect! My daughter would have stayed all day long in the water if not for the trip we planned.

Internet connection was not so good 😒, I had a signal only in the bathroom (full) and near the door. As soon as you got outside the bathroom and closed the door, the signal was dropping to 0 or barely 1 tinny line. The view.. on one side, I had a view to a yard with dismantled cars, and on the other side, it had a view to an express road

We stayed here for a night and I can say it’s a good deal! Breakfast was great. Too many to choose from. Clean room. But a bit old, but who cares, for the price itself, it’s already a good deal! So when in budget, this is the best place to be in. Friendly staff too by the way.

Pillow was so thin so I requested for a more fluffy one(only to my preference). The receptionist gladly assisted me. Thanks to her! 😊

Terrible WiFi barely worth having room service a little less thorough than ideal in terms of waters and coffee replenishment however the room was always clean and we always had towels

Lovely, polite & very helpful staff. Nothing to much for them. Really nice sauna & swimming pool area.

The bathroom needs to work on- the shower over the bath tub is positioned poorly- to close to the end of the shower screen which makes half of the water splashing on the floor. Also the water was badly leaking from between the screen & wall- ended up throwing many towels to avoid flooding of the floor. Reported to the reception- been informed that someone will be sent to look at it, but nothing happened. So if you’re not a fan of bathing- ask for a room with shower enclosure 🤷‍♀️😉
