Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, the price was reasonable, and our room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was another positive aspect. It was conveniently situated in Jewellery Quarter close to the city centre. This made it easy for us to explore the city and its surrounding areas without much hassle. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation options was a big plus.

While my overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved upon, particularly the breakfast. The daily breakfast offerings became monotonous as they lacked variety. Another downside was the limited vegetable options available during breakfast. Apart from beans in sauce, there were no other vegetables provided.

A welcoming hotel, modern and spacious, clean and tidy. Room 143, twin room - quiet, spacious room, over-sized twin beds, large mirror, large TV, tea tray, toiletries, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Waste bins, plenty of sockets. Large dining room for breakfast - ample breakfast items (hot and cold selection). Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Room 143 - lack of natural lighting, having only one small window. Room lighting was not always adequate. Twin beds had wooden bases - my friend banged her leg on the corner on a few occasions. We would definitely stay here again though as lived the room and the hotel.

The price of the stay is really great, the location could not be better, since it is around the corner form the Metro! The room was an okay size, could have been a bit bigger but was fine for a few nights!

Their was an issue with a metal panel falling down from under the Air Conditioning unit when we were out, upon returning to the room it was on the floor. I did speak to the front desk about this and the manager came to the room and managed to get the panel back up in the space. I also feel like the breakfast each day was an issue this stay, we were waiting on food items a lot and some of the food items did not taste fully cooked. The bed was okay but could have had more comfortable pillows, as I was having issues with my neck whilst sleeping.

This hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff are amazing, polite friendly and welcoming. Location is a few stops on the tram from Grand central station approx 5 mins travel located right on the St Paul’s tram stop. We used the hotel as a base to visit Legoland discovery centre and Cadbury world.we had fresh towels and room cleaned every day. Public areas including bathrooms are spotless. Rooms are warm, beds are comfortable. The breakfast was really good for a complementary breakfast, it’s busy and so things run out but you only have to ask and they will be replenished. Duty manager Fay was very helpful and welcoming. It is an excellent spot for touring Birmingham. The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Birmingham. We were family of 14 with 5 rooms for 4 nights and had no complaints.

It would have been helpful to be able to open the window for a bit of fresh air as can be a bit stuffy but really not a problem.

Amazing location, brilliant breakfast, excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring the Christmas markets and city centre with the tram stop next door and running every 8 minutes.

At check-in we were given the wrong room number and keys- took 15 minutes and 3 trips in the lift to sort out, however complimentary drinks given as a response. Although we booked a double room for 2 people only one set of towels was in the room. We asked at reception for a second set, but these never came.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Birmingham for two days, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is well-appointed and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mihaela. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Mihaela was incredibly helpful, providing me with valuable information about the area and making my stay even more enjoyable. Welcoming reception staff. Loved the Queen bedroom, nice and spacious with wardrobes and bathroom inc. plenty of towels and soaps/shampoo. Excellent location, with St Paul's tram stop around the corner to take you to city centre and Birmingham New Street Station in 10 easy mins (buy the £3 day ticket). Also easy to walk to main sights.

Breakfast - Hot cooked options were fine, but cold drinks poor - more of an orange squash than fresh fruit juice - come on, its a mini-Hilton after all! Also surprised by no fruits at all (apple, banana etc). Would appreciate if staff wiped the tables clean as well in between new guests.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and well equipped with good quality shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser, and I appreciated that there were flannels too, as these are rarely supplied. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a good size. The room was very quiet for a city centre hotel and we couldn’t hear any outside noise which was fabulous. The hotel was easy to get to from grand central via tram as the St Paul station is just at the back. There was a good breakfast selection.

There was only 2 teabags and 2 coffee sachets in the room.

Breakfast - very busy and had to wait over 5 minutes for a fork after asking 3 times. The staff were very nice and friendly and were working at pace, believe they need more staff at breakfast as fruit juice was empty and by the time I got my fork there was no knives. To be clear, staff were very nice and were working at pace / hard, when I spoke at reception saying it was very busy - she said this was quiet to normal as a comparison - which I believe shows they would have been more stretched if busier. The room - pillows were not ones I like, they kindly sent up different ones for the second night, but these were just the same. The second day towels were not replaced, on speaking at reception this was sent up straight away.

Room was very cold. It took a while to have room at a good temperature . When we asked for extra duvets, receptionist said they only had one. The duvet inner looked dirty maybe poor laundering. That didn't make it pleasant to use. Ventilation in room very poor, especially after using the toilet. There's no window or air con system. One can see whats happening in the bathroom as the glass allows one to see and the image is cast onto the mirror opposite the door There was no parking. Advert said there was parking on the premises
