Clean. Good restaurant. Location.

Poor signage from Airport Train terminal to Hotel. Information on shuttle bus to hotel out of date and wrong. Airport Information desk also had wrong information, so directed us to get the shuttle bus that no longer runs.

Did not have the breakfast ( it wasn’t included and it was too early anyway as we had to leave at 5:30am One of the reception people was very helpful (Nicu)

I booked a room “ standard king” When we got to the room it was a Queen bed. The female receptionist insisted it was t the bed that was a king but the room. I did it agree with this answer and it was only after speaking with Nicu he changed us from the room to the room with a king. I was t happy with being told that the first room I was given was what I had paid for. Now another thing which I can’t confirm is that I thought the shuttle was free… I was told one had to pay. I couldn’t find anything in my booking that said this one way or another. We walked to Terminal 1 anyway it only took 7 minutes.

Very postive experience. Suprised our expectations given it was an airport hotel. Hotel seemed to be freshly decorated. Bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Felt comfortable.

Had issues with the aircon. Room was very warm despite it being February. We had to sleep with the window open but the planes didn't cause any issue.

Hotel difficult to get to by foot from train stations. Slow service in restaurant in evening. Poor lighting in room at night. Had to use an external provider for shuttle which was expensive for the journey to to Terminal 2.

Staff went way above above to make you feel special. Hotel spotless. Room clean and comfortable. Close to m56 to get away from airport without too much hassle. Close to 24 hours spar in terminal 1.

Breakfast was dried up as made up in bulk and left under heat lamp. Over priced restaurant. Car park constantly full so if you take your car out to explore anything, you have lost the parking space that you have paid for and will need to either sit in car park for a few hours till a space comes up or pay ridiculously expensive airport parking charge at terminal.

From the first contact with the check in staff the whole experience was excellent. Often you do not get great service at an airport hotel as they are always busy and the staff can get a bit frazzled. Combine this with tired travelers and things can get strained. This was different. Staff were fantastic. Nothing was an issue. The room was great, bigger than expected and tastefully decorated. Bed very comfy. Dinner in the "Grill" was very good. Dining staff were very attentive and very friendly. Prices were not overly stupid either. Overall a very good stay. WOULD RECOMEND.

Everything was excellent. No issues or complaints

A fast and smooth check in with welcoming staff on arrival. a complimentary drink was given to me and my husband due to our stay being a special occasion which was a lovely gesture adding to memories of the occasion. . Bar staff also friendly and professional. Hotel is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the train station and to terminal 3. Our stay was enjoyable, room clean, bathroom like new and bed comfortable with a huge tv. Can't comment on the food as unfortunately our flight was too early for us to have breakfast, upon arriving in the evening we had already eaten but during drinks in the bar the eating area seemed very popular and the smell of food was lovely. We had never stayed at an airport hotel before but having had a great experience will consider doing so again and would recommend to others.

That we couldn't stay for longer!

Room was nice and comfortable, the people on the desk allowed us extra time than that allowed to offload our cases which was very helpful as we were leaving our vehicles at family's address. It was close to the airport terminals but there are closer. We chose to get the transport offered at £4/person which was worth it rather than trying to drag suitcases as well as a buggy to the terminal.

We didn't book breakfast as we had to be at the airport at between 6 an 7 am, but I felt that they were expensive anyway. So it was good that you had a choice wether to have breakfast or not and reflected in the overall cost your stay.

The room was lovely the man on the night shift with the mustache was friendly and so welcoming especially with my 8 year old making him feel at ease he's a credit to you

I didn't like the woman on the morning when I asked would it be possible to buy some toast as I don't eat breakfast and all the little one eats is toast she proceeded to tell me they cant cook toast separately but offer a breakfast with toast and I can buy that for £16 ... I find this really uncalled for and to think I'd tried to explain we had checked in 2am and the little one was hungry from long travelling but he's autistic and very iffy with food so wasn't happy that she wasn't willing to understand nor help I also was told before my check in you didn't offer a shuttle service and was told fastest way to get to you is via taxi

Greeting from reception staff was incrediblly welcoming and informative. We had a to wait no more than a couple of moments to check in but in view of our 'pateince'we were given a voucher for a free drink each from the bar. We were lucky to be allocated an extremely quiet room at the back of the hotel and couldn't hear the airport noise at all despite its proximity. Never stayed her before but will definitely be back!

When we booked the website details didn't. make it clear it had TWO restaurants as well as the bar. In view of this we went to eat at a neighbouring hotel before checking in! This was a real shame as the restaurant menu looked great.
