As a solo traveller, the two best things about this hotel for me were: -How friendly, welcoming and helpful the staff were - anything from carrying my bags, to directions, to booking me a taxi, they were amazing -The central location - a 5-minute walk to the main streets, so I always felt safe walking out on my own The rooms were nice and spacious and it was nice to have fresh water every day. The pool and courtyard areas are nice too, although I didn't get chance to use them much. Overall I felt safe and comfortable here 😊

Only a couple of small things that took my rating down a little: -There were flies in the room - I know this is really hard to avoid in areas like this but I got a lot of bites... -My room was right near the reception and sometimes it was quite noisy This isn't a dislike as such but a lamp would've been nice in the room to avoid having to put the big, bright ones on at night.

We had a really clean and spacious room with big, comfortable beds. The staff was friendly, we asked for an iron and they had it available. The hotel looks nice, the toiletries are good quality and the location is very central.

The curtains don't block all the light, so at night it may not be dark enough for many people. Our window overlooked the corridor, and sometimes there was quite a lot of noise coming in.

Really nice hotel close to the centre. Old fashioned and friendly - great! Excellent staff. Room was simple but spacious, clean and serviced every day. Shower good, air con good and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. Small but lovely pool with pleasant area for sitting and lying out.

Could do with some updating perhaps and there is some noise in the corridors - just people checking in or out but really not an issue.

The property is centrally located near the town plaza— 3 blocks! It is super clean and has a cafeteria that is open at 7 am. The cafeteria has an extensive menu and a buffet style breakfast every morning. The rooms has a tv and working wifi. The hotel also has a pool.

There is no elevator so we hoofed 3 levels for our room. But it was ok! We got our steps in and burned a lot of calories and worked our thighs!

We had a nice room because we got upgraded. The pool area is clean and the location is central.

The rooms in the courtyard are ok but have very noisy ac units and no water pressure and no hot water, the staff is not very helpful with questions for the bus system or day trips

The staff was outstanding--friendly and helpful with my many questions. The hotel itself is charming and lovely. It's situated in a great place in relation to downtown shops and amenities.

Great location for walking in Centro area. The main square and Cathedral is a few blocks away. Great coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well. Nice room and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Secure parking nearby.

The location. It was a few blocks away from the main square so it was quiet from the activity in the square. The room was nice, loved the hot shower, comfortable beds and towel creations each day from housekeeping.

It doesn't come with a fridge or soda machine.

Staff services were excellent - efficient and professional; location was within walking distance to historical district; onsite restaurant had tasty, reasonably priced food.

No elevator but staff assisted carrying luggage.

We loved the staff - fantastic, friendly and professional. The pool area was quiet and peaceful!

The cleaners trolleys make a lot of noise in the mornings.
