We loved everything! The accommodation was perfectly organized, with everything so well thought out. Usually, I can find improvements and faults in any interior design but this was perfect. Also good location. Large shower, we had extra towels, great service and the ambiance and decoration is optimal for both relaxation and focus. Restaurant is primarily vegan vegetarian but meat and fish options available as well. Breakfast well worth it? And coffee in restaurant really good, even non milk options on the machine. Couldn’t fault it .. the Bluetooth speaker for music perfectly set up for the right volume.

There was nothing at all we didn’t like but tongue in cheek (meaning humorous notes not serious) There are a lot of xtra signs to help people who are tired, hungover or with brains on holiday mode (see photos ;-)… but here’s some extra ideas : 1), sign to show people the pull out staircase can be easily fixed so it doesn’t slide back in (see photo) 2), sign to show guests the neat clothes / towel drying line in the shower room (see photo)

The best accomodation I have ever had! The location is convenient, close to Metro and tram station, about 10 minutes walking to the center of Amsterdam. The room (loft XL) had all needed for a long stay (I could literally live in it), everything new-modern and super clean, kithen fully equiped. The room was spacious, with big windows and even the room temperature was perfect and adjustable within limits. Common spaces and safety were extra bonus.

The location is right outside of center of Amsterdam in more modern part of the city, they call it the Elephant, love that carácter they give to the building, to starts the lobby is situated in the top roof giving you some of the best views and a work area, a roof garden, and a restaurant that is excellent. Everything in the apartment was so organized and lots of storage and room. Great for cooking feeling like home.

The bed situation was inconvenient for me because I have a disability with my feet so it feels a little insecure to go up and down the ladder to go to the bathroom and stuff.

The room had ample space to store everything and then some. The kitchenette was really good and came in handy when making some small meals. The co-working areas were really amazing and had everything you would need to be productive, all while being in a really cool ambiance. One of the best apartment \ hotels I've stayed in and would come back again. The place was a little further out from the central part of the city, but still close enough to everything you'd want to get to.

The kitchenette could have been a bit cleaner when I checked in. A couple of pieces of tupper would have been good too. The WiFi in the room would cut out and reconnect at times which made taking a meeting a bit of a challenge. The Wifi was solid in the co-working area though, so not a big deal overall.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, and it’s a great place for people who travel and want to work at the same time. You have access to Spar grocery store which is on the opposite side, roof top cafe above the building and also under the building. Metros like waterlooplein and weesperplein are 10 mins walking distance, Centraal station is 15 mins from. Waterlooplein metro station. Rembrandt park is 15 mins walking distance. They provide free lockers and changing room.

I wish the check in time was a bit early, around 1pm. The room is not exactly soundproof, I could hear people in the corridor.

The Zoku was really great. I feel bad giving it eight stars, because I could easily give it nine but our specific room smelled. I’m sure it’s just the person who stayed there before us cooked something kind of funky, but that’s the only reason I gave it an eight instead of nine or 10. They were so nice, I’m sure they would have moved me if I had spoken up sooner, so it actually is my fault. But don’t let this stop you from staying there. It is such a cool place and we loved the location. I didn’t know what I was getting into with the whole loft/workspace concept, but it’s great for a traveler as well. The location is about a 10 minute walk into the center of Amsterdam. I loved this, I would not have wanted to stay in the city center after being there a few days. The food was also really great. We had breakfast there and loved it and the coffee and drinks were great. The more I think about it, I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Amsterdam, I’ll just make sure to speak up sooner if the room smells!

Liked the layout, the size, the loft bed, lots of cupboard space, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. Really liked that we could go collect our own towels, extra things from the store room.

Every cupboard door needs cleaning, including the wardrobe which had dirty (black) hand marks build up. The kitchen cupboards were sticky because of not being cleaned in a very long time. Also every flat part had a layer of dust, especially in the loft area next to the bed had an immense amount of dust, I have allergies and wasn't happy to see that. Also the mattress moves overnight and underneath the mattress where our pillow goes, was a ton of ladies hair attached, I was shocked. There was egg bits stuck to the ceiling in the kitchen, to the side of the splashback also. The cleaning is not thorough enough for the standard of this lovely hotel. I was very disappointed with that side of things.

Well-designed room that was super comfortable for a longer stay. Loved the cozy lofted bed (including stairs that tuck away when not in use), functional kitchenette and bathroom, and the lobby and shared work space on the top floor. I picked up a few groceries and mostly enjoyed quiet breakfasts in my room, but the one time I ate upstairs the food was tasty. Also very much appreciated the well-appointed locker and shower rooms available upon arrival and departure.

I arrived early and despite giving the property a head's up, my room was not ready. I asked them to text me when it freed up. Hearing nothing, I came back at the listed check-in time and it still wasn't available. Happily, a manager switched me to an open room and I was able to get in around 4:30pm. It seems likely early check-in's are not a sure bet here, but the shower and luggage rooms and the shared work space make this not so bad.

Everything about this place was cool.. Really cool concept and the actual place itself., decor and style/looks etc... Very aesthetically pleasing and beautiful viewpoints on the 6th floor.. Staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful.., really nice people.. The rooms are so cool.. We had a Loft XL and the way they have the beds brought memories of being a kid in my forte that I built and you need the password to get in.. So sick.. Absolutely loved this place.. The location was great.. Although it's a little further out than you may think you want., the metro and tram are a few minutes walk in either direction and they run every few minutes... Super easy.. Also a few decent supermarkets a couple of minutes away.. Everything is within a couple of minutes reach.. The area itself is a nice area., lots of beautiful views and a nice vibe.. Again.., the staff and the place were amazing and exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back here soon.. Thanks guys.. ❤️❤️

I didn't like that I had to check out and leave Amsterdam.. 😢

We loved the property so much. We have never seen such an efficient use of space. It felt so roomy and had everything we needed.

The only thing we may have changed was the location. Although it’s very close to trains and bus stops, so you can go wherever you want very easily, we might have liked to be a bit more “in the midst of the action”. That said, if you like a quieter area that is still very accessible to public transport, this place is for you. Also the smoke alarm went off several times during our stay, forcing us to get up and leave the building. We started ignoring it toward the end of our stay. It seemed to be that people would set off the alarm due to cooking.
