Our stay here was comfortable and clean. Very friendly owners. It had nearly everything we needed for the price that we paid to stay. The new owners are working hard to make improvements, in the rooms to make it even nicer. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in Christchurch. If you're on a budget, I really recommend :)

I can't really think of anything.

The manager was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. I arrived for a late check in and asked for a late check out. He happily accommodated both requests. The studio unit was sparkling clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, I slept soundly...!

The only issue was the noisy fan in the bathroom, and maybe better curtains.

Location great and staff very accomodating

Be aware that the units are not serviced daily so if you’re staying a while you will need to ask for fresh towels or to have your rubbish bin emptied!!

Such a lovely wee unit. So clean, tidy and quiet considering how close it was to the road. Very impressed by the staff and the location.

Always a bonus to have a separate lounge and kitchen area. Well equipped and good heating. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Good off street parking. Happy to recommend .

Location, staff were accommodating. I had a late flight so they provided an easy key pick up

It was in a good location, the river walk down the Avon was nice to do into town. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early which was really good of them! There was car parking too which was good. Easy to find. Clean little apartment.

The bedroom was a bit on the small side as we had big bags and suitcases we had to climb over to get around.

Awesome location. Great price, perfect for a stay on a budget.

Facilities are a bit run down but tidy. Excellent for the price and location

It was great, central and very clean. I arrived late so did not see anyone but fresh mil was in the fridge and the heating was on. Very considerate :-)

Loved the friendliness of the couple that worked there, Spacious rooms, for an apartment style accommodation. Super ideal to have two rooms rather than just two beds in one room. Just for privacy among friends

Unfortunately the place especially the bathrooms, were very run down. Other than that it kind of adds to the charm
