The location was excellent and the young man at the desk (Aurel) was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We were given a free upgrade to a more spacious room and a separate bedroom for my daughter, which we appreciated. It was a clean place with lots of amenities and an easy parking spot right outside our room.

The motel is close to a busy street and you could hear traffic during busy times. You could also hear other people using the toilet in nearby rooms, but it wasn’t a busy season so not much of a bother. Overall I would recommend this place as easy walk to city!

Clean rooms, well maintained. About 20 minutes walk into central Christchurch but not much enroute. Bus from airport stops less than 5 minutes walk away. Staff all very friendly and helpful. There are no kitchen facilities but some crockery is provided in the room with a fridge, kettle and microwave There was some noise from the neighbours who came back to the accommodation late one night. Overall however, we were happy with our stay.

A great location, walking distance to town, restaurants etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very spacious apartment, and super clean. Didn't get a chance to use it, but a very big spa bath.

There was some street noise earlier in the evening, however, it was Saturday night and it is on Bealey Ave so this was to be expected. We requested a room further from the road for this reason and were given one.

Arrived with very large loaded trailer that I had emailed them about. The man in office came straight out and helped stop traffic so I could back into an allocated space. Later he noticed liquid leaking from ute and came and told me. I had already checked it was condensate from AC unit but really appreciated it. We also observed him helping carry bags and loading them into vehicles for guests. Best we have encountered.

We stay here whenever we stay in Chch. It’s central location is great for us whenever have a sports tournament to attend. It’s clean, comfy & perfect for families. Only a short stroll to the Margaret Mahy Playground & the CBD.

It would be great to have assigned car parks for each unit. After a long day at a sports tournament, it would be perfect to arrive back without having to find a car park (because someone else has parked outside your unit whilst away from the motel). This a small thing, but would make the stay perfect.

Exceptionally clean. I stay in hotels and motels often. The Bella Vista motel is of a higher standard of facilities than an 5* hotel I stayed in last month. Beautiful shower room. Attention to details. Immaculate. Quiet ( its near to a busy road but not noticeable) Excellent 👌

No where to wash my dishes? The room was smaller than I'd anticipated but that wasn't an issue.

Great location and good value for money. The rooms are small but adequate. Great check-in experience was provided, and when I found we had been overcharged, the issue was rectified within minutes of me contacting them.

There was a little noise from other guests right outside the entrance to our room as we were under the stair alcove, but nothing too bad.

I thought the location was good and the apartment was clean it had a decent kitchen with a dishwasher and the lounge was a good size with plenty of space, it also had 3 bedroom's for 5 people which worked really well for our group.

It was pretty cold when we arrived and the heaters were insufficient for the temperature, it took a while to warm the space up so we left the heating on over night and that made a huge difference.

Handy location, easy to find and access of a busy road warm unit in a very frosty ChCh -4 deg morning staff where friendly and made sure I could connect my EV to the charger OK. nice shower and very comfortable bed.

my only small complaint was the lighting, the main room was two bright with the lights on, while the bathroom the lights over the sink didn't work so had to use the heat lamp light, no real problem.

A very nice and spacious apartment, 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, staffs are very helpful and reception opens till 10pm. Views of city from balcony, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and facility all Good . We highly recommend this place. You have a secure parking spot just in front of your apartment. Seriously good location. Definitely will come back again.
