Loved the spacious rooms. Relatively quiet considering the central location. Suited our family well. I liked the little attention to decorative detail that made the place look nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have discussed as a family that we'd like to go back and stay there from time to time.

The (fold-out) couch was horrendously uncomfortable, even to sit on! It was a bit confusing what the service level was as on the first day our teabags etc weren't topped up, but then on the second day they were, and the beds made :) The wifi was terrible so the kids kept grumbling!

The shower pressure was absolutely amazing, in all the hotels I've stayed at and worked in this stay has definitely exceeded them all! We got breakfast included we were there 3 nights and got plenty to suffice and in one delivery. We were a late arrival and this wasn't an issue we got sent the information on how to enter the property and this was super easy, the wifi was great 2 phones and 2 tablets worked well on it, our room was serviced daily which was really lovely and exceeded my expectations. This was a great place for the four of us (2a2c) at an affordable price (including b'fast)

Downside was just the noise of traffic, and this isn't anything that can be helped by the owner. We are from a small rural area that doesn't have this traffic noise nor street lights constantly on. The curtains just needed to be unraveled a little bit more to fit better over the window to block out the light better for our liking in the lounge but this is just a personal preference.

Very comfortable bed with a good selection of pillows. Great shower. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing own food. The unit was very quiet despite being on busy Bealey Avenue. City access was easy and only a short distance to a choice of malls. The unit was spacious, warm with a good heatpump and very well priced for a multiple night stay.

The vanity light was out which made it difficult to apply makeup and the kitchen sink plug leaked which hindered the washing of dishes. Simple fixes though.

I loved how big the room was, I loved the bed it was very comfortable. I loved the room layout, the pictures on the wall matched the design pillows on the bed it was really nice. The shower was very spacious and I loved it! There was a wall mirror in the room that was fantastic! Was a great size mirror in the bathroom as well. The kitchen had a great amount of supplies for doing your own cooking. There was a very good amount of space in general. Would stay there again. It had a great balcony. Very clean windows

The light when people come late from behind the curtain lit up the whole room. That cant be helped unfortunately. the walls kinda thin too could hear everything.

The location was handy to the function we were attending. Shower pressure was good. The room was a decent size. We got breakfast was part of the booking deal, and it was a good amount for a continental breakfast.

The only way to heat the room was a small oil column heater, and on a dismal Chch day the room was very cold when we arrived. The bed and couch were not the most comfortable.

Warm, WiFi, good location to food and bus stop. Laundry was free, parking good. Fully self contained with all crockery and cutlery.

Not enough coat hangers or clothes airing rack. Very thin walls, neighbour would not stop talking until wee hours of the morning and this was just general talk not a party . Curtains and windows covering not in great condition and servicing was non existent. Had to ask for more toilet paper etc but willing given, host was very obliging.

The accommodation was very spacious. There was a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge. All amenities were clean to a good standard. We were offered an upgraded room for free which had a lovely spa bath.

I am very sensitive with allergies and there was a strong perfume in the room which smelled lovely but made my eyes itch. My skin also reacted while sleeping there but this can happen elsewhere as well - sometimes it happens when there are chemicals used during cleaning.

Good size room, well appointed, bed was comfortable, good tv selection, reasonably quiet even though it is just off the main road, helpful staff.

Heating could've been better, the room has very high ceilings so you are basically heating the ceiling. The electric blanket could only be plugged in on one side of the bed.

The interior of the units is very modern and clean and units are a good size. Very quiet in the unit even though it is on a busy road. Good craft beer brewey nearby

The exterior could do with a tiidy up, although thus didn't affect our enjoyment of our stay.

Good size room with a Northwest facing balcony to enjoy an afternoon wine 😉. The proximity to town was excellent, easy walking distance to the town hall where we were attending a show.

There wasn't much not to like apart from the car parks not being allocated to rooms...first come first served scenario where you're not guaranteed a park close to your room although unless the complex was full a park would generally be available.
