the room was clean loaded with plenty of milks and condiments. The servicing was at an excellent standard and the room was spacious and convenient to my locations. I felt safe.

When I checked in there was knowone there and the 2 phone numbers available were going straight to answering phone. This was stressful as I had traveled by car and was tired as well as grieving. I had not seen my family yet so this was not a great feeling. I was contacted an hour later with a call instructions to check my email. Also when I returned to the motel after seeing family, I did not realize I had parkd in a disabled park as It was dark and the paint had failed significantly over time. In the morning the manager said you parked in a disabled parking spot. I explained I could not see the writing, he was pretty rude about it. I

The location is great when you've just arrived as a family group, just off the plane and you want to just chill for a bit and perhaps take a stroll into the city centre. I'm okay with walking and everything was close enough for me. It was a good spot also with our hire car and we could park pretty much right across from our room. The room itself had an outside seating area which suited having a guest come and visit, sit outside and have a catchup chat.

Slightly tight to reverse out of, or drive into carparks once they were all full. Roadworks on the street outside also made drive in access a little difficult at this time, but not terrible.

Location was great. Room was well sized and loved the private patio (although it rained the whole time so didn't get to use it) Staff were really nice to deal with. Bedding was very clean, as was the kitchen.

Lounge chair was very inadequate and extremely uncomfortable, so couldn't use it. Mattress felt very worn and hard, although I still slept ok. Runner on outside of shower needed a cleaning. Please remember that some people are short and unable to reach frequently used items on the top shelf in kitchen.

My go to motel when in town. Good location with parking, walking distance to centre. Nothing remarkable about the motel it’s just that everything is as it should be and it works. Whether it’s a cafetière or salt and pepper or shampoo it’s there. Need an extra pillow it’s there. Just enough crockery and utensils to meet your needs. Everything super clean. Beds comfortable . Decent bedding. AND all at a great price

Nothing to dislike

Great accommodation! We stayed for 2xnights and the staff cleaned our room daily. The staff is polite, courteous and friendly. We arrived after 8pm at the reception office for our late check-in and the staff waited for us untill we have checked--in to the motel, we are the last check-in guests of the day. Thanks for everything and we have enjoyed our stay.

We checked-in late and left the motel early next day morning for appointments with close friends/relatives but the laundry was locked. Therefore, we are unable to do any laundry outside the spscific hours.

The facilities in the communal kitchen were substandard. You need a new stove and to replace all ceramic hot plates, the Instant hot water Boilers didn't work. Replace one ditch the rest. Clean the wastepipes below the sink. Some looked dirty...otherwise excellent facilities and zi had some great chatter with other guests especially the Grandmam looking after 100 or more 15 year old Ozzie Basketball Players etc...

The room was bigger than most and had nice couches. The separate bedroom was great for making morning coffee while the other person slept longer. Everything was very clean and location was good. Carpark not too squishy like some places. Good shower also.

Only one thing and it's personal taste. I like a skinny pillow and they were all quite big for me. I would still stay again and just bring my own.

The location was close to the health facilities that we needed to attend.

I don't remember if it was this motel, but on our travels over summer, we stayed at a few places where the coffee plunger was not clean. It appears that cleaners don't know that the plunger comes apart to wash away the trapped coffee grounds. The trapped old coffee grounds can give your morning brew a vegetable like taste, which is less than delightful.

Fantastic stay . Units are so clean and practicable. Handy to walk to CBD. Cosy and quiet and best of all great value for money. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. Second time staying here at bealey ave motel and will defintely come back . Thanks for another fantastic stay .

Great location, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette with microwave oven, hot plates, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery made preparing a meal very easy. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom.

Traffic noises woke me a couple of times but were only to be expected given the location.
