The location of the Courtesy Court Motel is excellent. It was only about a 15-20 minute trip from the airport and then was central to everywhere we wanted to go. It was only around 5-10 minutes to get to the centre of Christchurch which was where the event we were attending was. The staff were friendly and they were accommodating when we needed to ask questions or ask for an extra pillow. They were able to help when I requested a ground-floor room, which was great. We will be staying here again

There was a tiny issue with the towel rail in the bathroom but this was looked into quickly.

Lovely welcoming host, saw us to the room and checked we had everything we needed. He helpfully gave us suggestions for getting into Christchurch and suggested places to eat. Room 6 was amazing, brand new carpet, brand new bathroom suite, oven and microwave, and everything was clean and comfortable. The motel is off the main road so easy to find but still quiet at night. Location could not be better, depending how slow you are, it's about a half hour walk into the centre of Christchurch. Happy to recommend this motel, would love to stay again.

The place was clean, tidy quiet and great location and the owner was extremely accommodating with what was initially one night stay that then ended up been a 3 night stay...he was very friendly and nothing was a bother...We would definitely stay again..

If we had to say one thing we didn't like it would probably be that a bigger bed would have been nicer...altho it was a queen so still a decent size... Perhaps because we had already stayed at a couple of other places that must have had King/ super king..and hubby is 6'4...

Great apartment. Had everything we needed. Bathroom a little small for my 6ft husband as the ceiling sloped (room 5) , otherwise the room was spacious, facilities fabulous, bed comfortable. We were able to prepare toast for breakfast and heat food. There was a stove and microwave. Ki the owner was lovely. Restaurants and supermarket close by. 15min walk to town centre and sites. Would definitely stay again. Exactly as per Booking.com photos.

My stay was very lovely and quiet. The receptionist showed where our room was and the book with all the info about the motel including wifi. The room was a good size and looks recently renovated. Beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice although there were a couple spiders hanging about on the roof. The new carpet is nice but it made it really hard to open and shut doors. Overall good price.

We arrived after midnight and could check in with no issues at all. We had a boat on a trailer, and there was enough space to park it. The 2 bedroom apparent we stayed at was recently renovated-new carpets, fresh paint, etc. so very nice 😉 the photos were taken in the morning after we stayed

Well appointed motel room. Very comfortable, carpet looked new. Very clean and not overpriced. Easy to walk bus or drive into town but also very quiet off the Main Street. Owners found something I left and are keeping it for me for when I come back. Only negative is the shower wasn’t great, the temperature was difficult to control.

We were attracted by the reasonable price of this property for our one night stay, and it exceeded our expectations. The motel has obviously undergone some recent renovations. The room was well equipped and impeccably clean. The bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom was a little small for two people at once but not really an issue.

Friendly greeting when I arrived. shown to me room which was lovely. The owner gave me options to where I could park me van. The room was very well presented and bright, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed .

The shower was a bit if a battle with the taps, getting an even balance between hot and cold. Took a few minutes.

The room was much bigger and more luxurious than I expected. the staff were very nice, bed was comfy, room was warm. Options to have room serviced or not. Not too far to a bus stop to get where I wanted to go. Plenty of good parking if you needed it.
