The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was serviced with fresh towels and dishes washed every day which we weren't expecting. The staff were excellent and more than happy to help when needing extra pillows or sorting parking for a rental car we got part way through our stay. We were also upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment at no extra cost which was appreciated.

The pillows weren't great, I had to ask for more as they just flattened to nothing when laying on them, more variety in pillow options would be great. The wifi kept dropping out and had a weak signal.

Loved it . large lounge heat pump very. Good kitchen well equip #@.friendly hosts . felt very safe right in city. Not on busy road corner bealey ave. Had pay extra night friend told them. Coming next day instead but they still charge me. Was the only problem said would still say two. Nights.

Everything very clean. Friendly hosts. Only problem was. Freezing cold bedroom no heater 2. Night stay lounge room much better sleep and made me pay. Extra night for chaffing the date cleaned everything B4 left. Except the floors thx Debbie

Service was great, room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, everything in the kitchenette was what I needed, enjoyed the stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay but if you would like some feedback, the shower was average, fixed shower head needs replacing, average repair done on the shower mixer area and silicone was mouldy. Bathroom as a whole was a bit dated but all functional. Wifi worked ok for a small amount of time and then went very slow so i had to use my phone for hotspot. All in all, I enjoyed the stay.

Really well appointed and in a great location , plenty of heating and room was very spacious , house keeping also good. Room was clean and someone came each day and replaced towels and wiped over the unit, hospitality was also excellent

They charge a damage deposit before you even get there. I got mine back but i think they should tell You when you book that there is a damage deposit required. If you are doing this you need to go over the room when you check people in so both parties agree on what was already damaged or stained so you don't inadvertently charge someone for something they are not responsible for

Shower pressure was like a water blaster- really strong! Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

Not the motels fault: One of the guests kept parking across two car parking spaces meaning we had to carefully manoeuvre our vehicle when leaving. We paid to use the washing machine and the clothes were still dirty after the first wash. So we paid for a second wash and they were still equally dirty after that wash so we gave up.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment - really spacious and comfortable for our 2 night stay. I don't think we have ever stayed in a cleaner motel room EVER! Shower pressure was off the chart strong!!! Kitchen facilities were great. Everything felt "new". Appreciated having a "big" screen tv (so many have those tiny screens these days!) Location and parking was good

Road noise (boy racers/sirens) late at night but not enough to rate this place down. You're going to get that anywhere you stay on a busy-ish road anyway!!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean. Heat pump in the room so nice and warm. We are from the country and we didn't find it noisy with the street noise. We found it a great location for what we needed. Very good value for money. We would stay again.

The only thing that we didn't like was the shower. It was tiny you couldn't turn it on without the floor getting drenched. If the shower was bigger, it would have been perfect.

The staff were very approachable and made you feel at home. The apartment's presentation was comfortable and everything was there to be used. a kitchenette, maybe thew shower could have been larger but it is not something I would complain about. Even hough was on a main road it was reasonably quite. I think the Christ Church speed limits has something to do withy that. All was right for our occasion.

For the time period that we were there I have no complaints at all. Maybe better lighting for the road sign. that would be it.

This was the first time I stayed here, and I'm already planning a return visit with my husband soon. It was very, very clean. I loved the reclining chairs, and the position of the TV. I liked the layout of the room. AND I loved the location.

Better....I don't know I quickly took a video of the place and sent it to my husband who wasn't with me. The only very small thing was the TV was a bit too big; but I can see others liking it. I just moved the chair a bit further away. Other than that, I honestly can't think of anything else.

The room was immaculate and the facilities were as described. There wasn't anything that I needed to be added, except maybe a fan...

This isn't a dislike more of an oddity but the light switches and power points are really low so I struggled to find the light switches in the dark, and my charging cables weren't really long enough to reach from the floor to the bedside table and then use the device. Again, not a dislike more an oddity.
