Consistent cleanliness and standard of the room. Arrived quite late but was reassured that I have now stayed in 3 different rooms and they all have a great quality. There is nothing unexpected.

The fan going in the evening made me have to turn up the tv. Also not having some sky channels to watch (that I could find) was disappointing. The strange key pin entry is offputting rather than having a front desk. They warn you about this but due to last time the pin not working, I find as I pull up I wonder if it will work. Also the shortage or lack of parking means I always get dropped off when I am staying there.

Easily accessible and the property was really accommodating in our request for a downstairs room. We had the disabled access room which had a shower set and well placed rails for those with mobility issues. Each room has a small kitchenette which is really handy for breakfast and snacks. The beds are a really good size and very comfortable. The under bed lights are brilliant to help find your way in the night.

The only downside is there is very minimal parking around the apartment. There are three disabled parking spots behind the property but they are very narrow and tight to navigate.

Location was great, right by the park in a quite neighborhood close to the street with both morning and evening food options. It was 25 min walk to the CBD so definitely walkable in a good weather. Bus stops were close by as well. Facilities were clean and our room was good size with a kitchenette and a table with 2 chairs (no cooktop though). Decor was modern and stylish. Not sure if it was the bed or inability to open windows for fresh air, but I had a hard time sleeping, kept waking up. Overall good for the price we paid.

Not able to store luggage after check out on premises of the hotel. The staff over the phone offered to store our luggage at a sister hotel in CBD, but we ended up changing out flight to earlier instead of dragging bags across town to get the free luggage storage. Most hotels offer that service and we were surprised to discover it was not easily available at Parque.

Very comfortable and stylish room. Light and airy, and immaculately clean. Off-season and Booking.com algorithm in our favour so reasonable price.

We had already entered all our details on Booking.com, as you do. However, we received a tedious online form from the hotel requesting exactly the same information again. The form also involved receiving codes to authenticate your identity, which timed-out. This is the first time I've been asked to do such a thing, and it is time-consuming, energy-sapping and seemed unnecessary. There was a check-out form too!

We love staying here & we've stayed in nearly every single room! Always clean & fresh, excellent beds, relaxing, plus friendly staff! Have left a few things behind my accident, and have never had an issue getting back.. always helpful.

Not a huge negative, but would like more photos for each room, as they do differ for selecting. Wish the kitchen led light strip was not on the main light switch in each room, because it would be nice to just have that on at night, or early morning when making a cuppa, rather than the whole room being lit up.. but that's just being picky, if it were up to me. :)

This was a lovely quiet location. There are a few bars, restaurants and cafe's nearby. The room was very comfortable and nice bathroom. Everything worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Nice pillows.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only bit of feedback is if you want to go into the city it is about a 15 minute walk which is fine so long as you don't mind walking. If you have a car, then that is not a problem. The reason we did not re-book a room when we came back from our tour is that our flight left at 4.30pm and there was nowhere to store our luggage on the property, and if there was, there was no way we could work out who to ask.

The ease of checking in without need for speaking to people as I have head injuries and need simplicity and quietness. The room and the rest of the accomodation is spotless and really nicely designed. Great value for money and easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars and entertainment. Its also tucked away on a residential stret so its quiet and nice to walk around the neighborhood and Hagkey park Well reccomend

What's not to like....there was nothing we thought was a dislike.

We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room and a great location for what we needed. The rooms had everything we needed and we appreciated the kitchenette to make a hot drink.

It was unfortunate that there was construction across the road - this made it noisy until they'd finished for the day and the parking spaces were taken up by trucks. It would have been nice to have been given access to 1 streaming channel, like Netflix.

The room was fantastic, especially its size – plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. The property's quiet atmosphere was a huge plus; I slept soundly without any disturbances. I loved the modern layout, and having an ensuite was super convenient. It really made the stay feel luxurious.

Didn’t have Netflix on the flat screen like it said. They should also put the tv on brackets for more comfort.

I didn’t like my first room but the reception staff at the sister hotel contacted me immediately and gave me another option of a room to which I www very grateful and I liked my second room. Thank you for being accommodating. I liked the area. Ideally I’d have a car next time however as a decent walk into the city centre. I missed having a reception area so felt more like a guest house than a hotel .
