We are a returning customer to 103 Prince of Bealey, first stayed for work and returned knowing the staff are friendly and helpful while the rooms are clean with super COMFORTABLE beds! This trip we had a family member in Southern cross hospital just a 3min walk down the street it came in extremely handy. We needed to upgrade our room mid stay to allow one extra person and the person at front desk got us sorted quickly with a smile. Look forward to returning, really can't recommend enough.

The location was great within easy walking distance to the city. The bathroom had the best shower on our trip to NZ The bed was good and quite comfortable We would stay here again.

The bottom floor rooms are quite noisy as the heavy doors bang loudly with people entering and leaving the building. Therefore I would book a room on one of the higher floors next time.

I stay here whenever I'm working in Chch. Very handy location, staff very nice, room clean, comfortable. Not much more to say...

Cooking facilities could do with a little extra on the off-chance they are used. No salt or pepper, (all the makings for coffee though!), dish cloth had clearly seen better days.....just little things like that, which in no way detracts from the stay. Unless you want to cook yourself breakfast!

This was my 4th time staying at this motel during a trip over from the uk. There’s really nothing not to like the owners are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need, close enough to the center that you don’t need to travel far but far enough away that it’s quiet

It would be helpful if there was a place to put your suitcase in the bedroom such as a luggage rack. The entry into the bathroom is very dangerous. There is a very sharp metal piece where the door slides across. I put a towel over it to prevent hitting my toe or foot on it.

Lovely sheets and bedding and a very clean room. It was orderly, neat and well maintained. The motel was well situated about a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the cit6 centre.

The motel is very close to the road, so inevitably there was some traffic noise. However, this must be expected so close to the city centre.

I loved how large the room was. Also that the place was warm and toasty. The bed was super comfortable. Also surprisingly quiet, given the location

Parking when you have more than one car is a little tough, and there was no way to cast to the tv. But that’s okay, there’s plenty to do in the city.

Overall, pretty good. The room was tidy and by the look of it, well maintained. The internet was great, better than most places I've stayed. Reasonably close to the CBD area. Probably could do better with soundproofing. I could hear people talking next door, and they were not even loud.

Located on second floor - great. Room was nice and large and clean. Ensuite and kitchenette looked quite new or recently renovated. Everything worked as it should. Location was great for short car journey into city, or a leisurely stroll (20mins approx).

There was not always a car parking spot off street, the TV had very few free to air channels, there was little to no cupboard space.

We had a wonderful big, comfortable room (handicapt room behind the stairs left from reception). Very nice bed and shower, relaxing. Staff was very helpfull when we needed them. Room was clean and tidy. Location was perfect and we could walk to the center and lots of restaurants around (we loved the 1950's Dinner 66 just around the corner the in walking distance)

Nothing really everything is perfect for a wonderful stay. Maybe the only thing is that the door to the room is a very heavy and sturdy fire door, I could hardly get it open myself. But there is nothing to do about that.
