All the usual facilities I needed were there and we'll done. Also some I wasn't expecting a very large corner spa bath. The room was very large with a sofa and coffee table as well as desk modern and clean kitchenette. Wardrobe also contained iron and ironing board and hairdresser in bathroom. Plenty of surface space on vanity car parking space outdoor seating area The cleanliness was the most noticeable aspect. Absolutely spotless.It was all done very well. I've stayed at some very highly rated hotels. This was better.

It was an amazing place! Great spa bath and was perfect for my partner and son. The location was awesome. Clean place and staff take pride in it. Also would like to thank the staff, truly incredible service from them as we called to say we were going to be arriving late at night and they were happy to wait for our arrival. Thank you for the pleasurable stay.

Only thing I would fault is the bed... I personally didn't like the gap in the middle of the king mattress.

The unit was spotlessly clean and warm. There was a very efficient heater that kept the room warm on a frosty night. The bed was comfortable but an older style mattress. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was a microwave and cooking utensils. It is a short walk to restaurants in town and very close to the Southern Cross hospital and specialists offices.

Some of the furniture and fittings were a bit dated but overall it was warm and comfortable.

It is very fancy but cosy, it is lush but modest, the only part we dislike is the no bath part however the shower has so much pressure it made up for the lack of relaxation. The staff were kind & didnt bother us. Location is perfect. Bed was average for comfort but this is almost the same in every motel we stay at. Thankyou for a great stay!

The lack of comfort of the bed & no bath. Also rhe tv needs to really be on a swivel mount so it can face the bed.

Amazing location (we were going to an event at Hagley park and Bellano is within walking distance away!), easy to find, the room was spacious and really well decorated, comfortable bed, an awesome spa bath, close to the gas station for snacks and a 6 min walk to Strawberry Fare, super clean and tidy, very friendly staff. Everything was just perfect!

This is so minor, but the tv was a bit small. Would be awesome if it was bigger and could be turned to face the bed :)

It was within walking distance to the town centre and botanical gardens at a very reasonable cost. The staff were lovely! The room had handy kitchen utensils which made the stay very comfortable and the heated towel rack was a nice addition :)

The glass front door was a bit funky, although it had blinds it did still let in some levels of light which might be off putting for those travelling from different time zones.

I loved the white and black vibes, open space, I really enjoyed the space and I was able to sleep with the dark out curtains. I enjoyed the spa bath too but only for a short period of time as we ran out of time within our stay.

Bigger bed, Husband was cold and had his feet hanging over the edge. For someone whom is 6ft or over 6ft it feels more like two single king beds are together. But other than that he really enjoyed the room and the space and vibe from the hotel.

It's a good place to stay during a Christchurch trip. It's near the park, we took a day trip by walking from this place to the Botanic Garden. We then walked counter-clockwise along the river to have a meal at Riverside Market, then Victoria Square, and headed back.

Able to walk to the main part of town quite easily. Modern looking rooms with good facilities. It was great that you could access pay tv.

The first night we had noisy people staying in the room next to us and by 1am I had to go out on the balcony where they were drinking and yelling to ask them to be quiet and to also turn down the tv they weren't even watching.

Easy to find, wonderful location, super close to restaurants, petrol station and Hagely Park. Warm, clean and cozy along with wonderful staff. A1 team 😃

The parking was a little small, but I do have a large vehicle and the spa bath was loud, I was mindful of the other guest to not use the spa in the evening. But the Spa bath was nice and big.
